Always Comfy LLC

I called Tom after not getting any useful help out of the original installer of my furnace. Saying that he goes above and beyond would be an understatement. Within an hour, he had all the big issues sorted out. He spent the next 3 testing and diagnosing every part of my system, repairing what he could along the way. He explained everything he was doing, why he was doing it, and even went over the manufacturer's charts/diagrams with me.
Tom is honest, fair, and takes pride in his work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Performed my HVAC swap from Always Cindy LLC. Tom owns this company and is a pleasure to work with. Cost wise is very reasonable amongst others I have checked. He will guide you a chose right equipment. He even helped to detect the noise from my duct work and fix it.

One year after the service : Tom’s service as usual in time and he is always responsive. Even after a year he still remembered that annoying noice from my vents and how he fixed it. Great service. Do yourself a favor and have your HVAC thr Tom.

Tom was really good. He reviewed with me and my wife in detail what he had to do and why for the problem I had with my HVAC. He also made good suggestion what to do next giving me a long term solution.
I would recomend him to everyone one I know. In a world where good service is hard to come by it was nice to have him do our work.

Tom is very good at what he does - install, repair, replace Heating & Cooling Systems and optimize the air flow in the complete house. I really appreciate that he takes personal responsibility and is very conscientious in doing the job well and cleanly. He has done some additional projects too such as hot water replacement and optimization for us.

I had a very favorable experience with Always Comfy. Tom called before to confirm the appointment & arrived on time. He is capable, courteous and pleasant. He installed a Nest thermostat, programmed it & explained how to work it. He advised me on some other heat & humidifier issues which he later researched & sent me info on.

A+ experience! Tom came out for a consult on a new HVAC unit and condenser. After we picked one out, he came back on Saturday and Sunday to install so we didn't have to suffer in the heat! Tom was a gentlemen, and very easy to work with. Would highly recommend!

Thomas was a complete professional throughout the installation of my new heater and air conditioner. He was thorough in explaining my different options and was honest and transparent about what was most appropriate for my bilevel. My furnace broke during the beginning of January and he was able to fit me into his schedule and replace everything in a timely manner.
