When my AC stopped working on a Saturday in the middle of a heat wave, honestly I thought there was no chance I was going to be able to return to my condo until it was repaired after the weekend. But Always Comfy was able to come out the same day and resolved the issue right away. I also decided to sign up for the annual service maintenance for peace of mind in the future - very satisfied, thank you Always Comfy!

Serviced the hvac. Easy to schedule the appointment, came at the designated time, checked the whole system. No problems. Tom is great.

Despite not having any of the manuals for my equipment, Tom was able to diagnose the problem and provided the options for repair or replacement. His prices are good, his work is thorough and he is really knowledgeable about the entire HVAC system. I had him replace the broken component but will definitely consider bringing him in to replace the entire system if it breaks down again.

Tom was very helpful and insightful from the beginning of the sales process all the way through the installation. He was not only happy to answer any questions or address any concerns but did so quickly as well as thoroughly. During the installation of the Heater and AC units Tom was precise, and although he did face a few challenges, he worked through them to ensure that he came up with a solution that would not sacrifice the functionality of the system. Tom also took the time out to explain the features and settings on the new thermostat he installed to ensure that I was comfortable using it moving forward.
