Tom just completed service inspection of our furnace unit that he installed in preparation for the coming winter season. Tom did a thorough and professional job. Tom is a good person. Again we are grateful and very satisfied for the service provided by Always Comfy.

Our gas furnace stopped working and they were here in under an hour, figured out the issue, went and got the new control board and installed it all within a few hours. Couldn't have been more satisfied with the service.

My a/c wasn't cooling during peak heat wave days and two other places I called couldn't come for a week or more and/or wanted to charge over $700+ right no the phone. I booked Tom's service for a late appointment for the following day and he came right on time. He had to return early next morning to finish the job and he came on time again. I highly recommend Always Comfy/Tom. When we had AC issues this summer for our two units, Tom responded to my calls immediately and showed up within 24 hours. When we asked about replacing 1 of our systems earlier this summer, Tom explained our options clearly and in detail so we were able to easily select what worked for us. For our second system that broke down recently, Tom returned my call from Sunday evening first thing on Monday morning and showed up within a few hours to repair it. I greatly appreciate how he takes care of his customers. Always Comfy is our go-to for all things HVAC related!

He came to our house and gave a diagnosis. He gave us two options, a band-aid repair, or replace everything. We decided to do the band aid repair after a few days since that was cheaper. We made an appointment a few days later to get it repaired and they had their system cancel on us. He gave us a price and everything and then just refused to fix it, ignored us, and that was about it. Guy was a little rude too which is fine, but then refusing to do the work for no real good reason is disrespectful. They have good reviews, I feel like this is just a one off, but still, didn’t come back to fix even after he gave us a quote.
