Tom installed new heating and air conditioning units in our home. I have been more than pleased with his work. He has returned for regular service appointments since initial installment, and continues to display a high degree of professionalism. I also appreciate how Tom takes the time to educate me about the general care/maintenance of the units, helping me to become a more informed homeowner.

Tom is very professional and knowledgeable. He took extra time to check all system in and out after instalation of new furnace. He even brought his IR camera so I can check for cold spots in my house and missing insulation after I told him about condensation I am getting. He went above and beyond what what in proposal. Very satisfied with install and overall interaction. I am also using Tom maintain my whole system. He is always on time and always on point.

Tom has helped with both the furnace and AC maintenance at my place. He's very nice and has been on time during each visit. He even identified an issue with my hot water heater and recommended a great plumber too. I highly recommend him for any and all HVAC needs!

Great overall experience with Tom from Always Comfy. I needed my bryant system checked out and thermostat updated in my new house. He came and checked out my system and told me what I needed to get it running properly and efficiently. He gave me options to consider while explaining everything in detail so I knew exactly how the system worked. After considering my options, he was able to come back the next day with a new thermostat and cleaned and tuned up my furnace. He showed me how to use the thermostat and suggested settings to keep the system working efficiently and how to get the most out of it. Everything was working great immediately. Thanks Tom!

We had our furnace conk out on us on an 8 degree day. We were able to get a same day (within 2 hours!) appointment. Tom was very detailed and upfront about pricing and procedure. Once he found the problem he attempted a repair before a costlier replacement, and we had heat back within the hour. We were so impressed and happy with the work signed a service contract, so we are looking forward with working with Always Comfy again.

Tom did a fabulous job. His repair of my gas furnace was exemplary. He explained precisely what was wrong, what needed to be done to remediate the issue, performed the work quickly and at a very reasonable price. I can’t say enough about his work and professionalism.

I can't say enough about how impressed I was with Always Comfy service. I personally had a rather complicated furnace installation replacing an ancient existing system. Tom and his team were very professional. They provided me with options that fit my budget and took care of everything from installation, removal of my existing unit, and broom cleaned the entire work area. I highly recommend you getting an estimate from Always Comfy for your next heating or cooling job.

I found out about Always Comfy LLC through my friend. He told me how great it was and gave me Tom's number. He was right I contacted him and got a quick responds to make appointment to come look at my system for an estimate to replace my whole system which was 22 years old and which system best suited my house. I would highly recommend anyone to use Always Comfy LLC to anyone who needs heating & cooling service, because his good work and his fairly price. Excellent service he worked very well and he focused on every details. He went over all heating and cooling system with me when he installed the wifi thermostat made sure i understood everything. Wished everyone worked as great Tom he is the best.

Tom fit us in on a busy day and helped us to realize we had no problems with our A/C at all.

After realizing this I quickly thanked him for coming out just to tell me my breaker was off. In a house of two military mechanics to say I was embarrassed is an understatement.
