The young gentlemen that came over Friday afternooon were very nice and knowledgeable. Got the quote, I need to talk to Mikey Anderson. Don't know that I want a sewer pump on the rear of my house and also, "Do they freeze up in the cold weather?" Still looking for a less expensive solution.

Ron came to service my HVAC as my drain pipes were clogged. He showed me some tricks, cracked some witty jokes, and explained everything he was doing just because I was curious. Such a genuinely helpful person who also has 30+ years experience.. definitely someone you want on retainer! And the price was great too for all the knowledge I got on preventative maintenance.

Brown Brothers Plumbing & Heating is a great company. I am pleased with their service. Art, Mauricio, Luke and Todd did an amazing work fixing the AC of my property. I recommend this company 100%. I called them because Yellow Dot who originally installed my AC unit in my 3 1/2 years old property didn't do a good job. As part of "the guarantee" "Yellow Dot" visited my property for a diagnostic and gave me an outrageous quote to fix the compressor that was damaged, without mention that they asked my to sign a maintenance agreement per year (Sales mentality instead of customer care client model). I am glad I called Brown Brothers Plumbing & Heating, they came right away to diagnose, identify the problem, work with the AC dealer vendor company to fix my AC. They took care of my request and fixed everything in a shorth time, with out any maintenance agreement like the other company. What took four days to Yellow Dot to quote and to denied my guarantee, Brown Brothers Plumbing & Heating fixed in less than 24 hours.

Amazing, quick to help us anytime and arrives usually in the same day or next day, front desk parts crew are very knowledgeable and knows what I need, friendly, reliable, patient, kind. The field crew are so talented and work the entire time they are there. The owner was so interested once in what we were doing, he spent an unexpected long time outlining what we should do, and it worked perfectly. They are like family and I recommend them to the folks in our church where I Pastor at First Assembly. You won’t be disappointed calling on them in your time of need, they are the best anywhere!

Each time I have use brown brothers over the past 20+ years, they have been reliable. They do good work whether replacing a faucet, fixing a backflow valve or a leaky pipe. I hired Brown Brothers to cap the gas line to our stove. The team they sent was outstanding! Special kudos to Luke!
After the team capped the line, Luke said something isn't right. He went back into the crawl space and found a gas leak elsewhere in the line. This is a leak we've smelled several times and called the gas company out to fix. They always tell us there is no leak.
THANK YOU FOR FINDING & FIXING THE GAS LEAK! I don't even want to think about the other consequences if it had never been found.

My whole experience was awesome. It was easy to reschedule with the main office. The plumbing team called and let me know their arrival time & they arrived when they said they would.

Also, it is cheaper to hire a plumber than the gas company to cap ahome gas line. I researched that. I'm VERY impressed and highly recommend Brown Brothers!
