I have trusted Brown Brothers for all of our plumbing needs for 15 years. They are highly skilled professionals and I recommend them to any home owner in the RTP area.

I needed a new toilet install and they were great.

The pilot light on the water heater went out and when we failed to reignite it, we called Brown Brothers for service around 9:30 (their phone number was on the side of the tank that they installed in 2016). The initial time frame was between 2-4 that afternoon, but around 11:00, with a call, they were on site by 11:30. Restarting the pilot light was not a problem once you know to hold the button down for over a minute, the concern was why did it go out. With conversation, it came out that our house is being power washed and repainted. The theory is when power washing, the high pressure nozzle came to close the exhaust vent and blew out the flame. Who would of thought, Brown Brothers did.

Brown Brothers did a great job! My kitchen project involved some delays due to the coordination of trades, so I had to reschedule a couple times. Their staff were very accommodating and proactive, actually calling me to see how the project was going.

When they did come the plumbers were very skilled, professional and friendly. There was a small problem that arose after the work was completed, and the staff were sent over within hours and it was promptly resolved. Highly recommend.

Prior to this incident I was not a customer of Brown Brothers Plumbing. I found a problem late one evening and the next day I called Brown Brothers Plumbing around 2:00 pm. A crew was sent to my house and the problem was fixed long before the end of that day. Although the problem itself did not take long to fix, to get someone to do it so soon after calling on the same day was appreciated!

Extremely pleased! They could have easily taken advantage of me because I was convinced my well pump died. Ended up being a simple and cheaper fix. My family all recommended them and I can see why.
