Brown Brothers technician Ron, was very accommodating and gave excellent service for our home. I now know more than I did before and he was very helpful. I’ve had Brown Brothers before and as usual now and in the past were always professional and courteous. If anything goes awry, with the furnace, I’ll definitely reach out to Brown Brothers and hopefully Ron is able to make the visit. Hands crossed the furnace will be fine.

Mr Brant and his assistant (I’m sorry, his name escapes me) are the best!!! They were pleasant and professional, but more importantly experts in their crafts. I have never seen more efficient teamwork and efficiency. Mr Brant is an artist on a backhoe and the correct tasks were completed almost before they had been decided upon.

I got a very quick diagnosis of where my water lateral leak was. The one weak link in my system (a foot long piece of iron pipe that someone had foolishly used to splice together the rest of my lateral which was all copper) was quickly discovered, uncovered, cut out, and replaced with a length of Pex paired with top quality connectors, covered back up, tamped back down and the sod neatly replaced.
Truly I got the best service leading to the best solution and the most affordable price I could have hoped for.

I had several leaks under bathroom sink - one from drain and one from faucet. The technicians arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problems, and had a needed part in the truck. Very pleased with their service.

I left a message w/ their answering service mid afternoon on Monday (a holiday), got a call back first thing Tuesday morning, had a technician out by 10, and my kitchen back in business by lunchtime. Courteous, prompt service and a reasonable rate. Couldn’t be happier, will definitely use Brown Brothers again (though hopefully not any time too soon…)
