My father has worked here my entire life, over 30 years. They're a well known business that does residential and commercial plumbing, heating and air. Very friendly, professional people!

They came a few hours after I called to help me get the boiler for the heating systems going. It was a particularly cold day, so I couldn’t be more relieved. Brown Brothers know more about my home than I do! thanks for always being a helpful and close aid.

I have used Brown Brothers Plumbing and Heating for the past 10 years for the mandated yearly inspection of my Back-Flo system and Cross-Connection. They are reliable and professional
and I can count on them to come out when promised, complete the inspection, address and service any problems, as well as filing the required documents. In addition, the office staff is so helpful, and a pleasure to work with.

We had an old leaky kitchen faucet which needed replacing. We ordered a new one and scheduled installment. Alex came before scheduled time (after calling first to see if that would work). Very personable and efficient. Brown Brothers always comes through!

two guys came and determined that the water in my crawlspace under the house was due to my dishwasher leaking. They also looked at my water heater at my request and found that the hose was not secured and could leak carbon monoxide so they screwed that down for me. They were very nice knowledgeable and professional.

Brown Brothers is the greatest. I rent out three duplexes and often need HVAC repairs on the quick. I can’t recall a time Brown couldn’t get there within four hours. Also, their techs are seasoned industry pros. It’s comical how quickly they diagnose what’s going on. Finally, ownership cares about doing the right thing. The one time I had a communication issue that resulted in a confusingly high bill, the owner himself stepped in and made things right. I can’t recommend this firm any more highly. Brown Brothers is old-school in the best possible way.

Two young men from Brown Brothers came to do some small repairs at my home. They had excellent manners and explained the water line issue. One of the young men had more experience and was so helpful to the other one as they replaced the sprayer on my faucet. I would welcome them back to my home at any time!! Nice to have a company available with pleasant, well mannered employees
