Brown Brothers Plumbing & Heating

Brown Brothers got my business because I asked for an unusual installation of a replacement of an old cast iron radiator- to a sleek new one that attaches to the wall. There were some tricky bits to that- and they were grand about checking it out in advance, making the appointment, and their employees were so courteous and efficient. I’m a bit sad that they used a plumbers wrench on the new radiator without any kind of bumper, so a bit of paint was scraped off. It’s not terribly noticeable- and they were so good otherwise. I can’t speak to the pricing yet as I haven’t seen the bill, but I will use them again if they price as discussed prior. They were terrific.

Brown Brothers did excellent work. We were new customers and they worked us in because it was an urgent situation. All the staff were professional, competent, and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable especially considering the time and difficulty of the job.Ten out of ten stars! BTW, I accidentally selected put in a faucet. It was strictly a major plumbing problem.

They were very professional and cared for the customer. We called due to our A/C not cooling. Had received a quote from another company that said the system was shot and needed to be replaced. Brown Brothers came out took a look and was able to fix it in a few hours with a few minor parts. The system is running great now.

I would highly recommend Brown Brothers Plumbing and Heating. Brian Th. and Johnny C. from Brown Brothers came out to repair my backflow assembly for my irrigation system. They were on-time, interpersonally pleasant and professional, were clearly knowledgeable about the system and able to explain options to me in "layman's terms." They performed high-quality work in a timely manner and were overall great to work with. Five stars from me! I will definitely be using their services again...

Excellent service! Friendly, thoughtful and thorough.

Our septic line from the house to septic tank was clogged resulting in backflow in toilets and tubs.... a very unpleasant situation. We had contacted our longtime plumbing service who came to our house 4 times and each time led us to believe that the problem was fixed. Finally on the recomendation of a friend we contacted Brown Brothers. Franklin and Howard knew exactly what needed to be done and they knew how to do it. No messing around. Efficient, courteous, knowledgeable....I could go on with my compliments, but I’ll wait until I get the bill and then give it some time to settle in.... see how things go for a few months and then I’ll put out an update.
As of this writing, it looks like Brown Brothers will be our “go to” plumbing service providers and probably HVAC as well.

I'm very impressed with Brown Brothers Plumbing. They were quick to respond, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. I was also impressed that they had all of the materials needed in their truck to fix the plumbing issues I had so they didn't need to come back. The associate that they sent to my house was very respectful and kind and was able to fix the issues quicker than I anticipated. I would recommend using this company for your plumbing needs.

More wonderful work by Brown Brothers on my boiler. Jerry knows this tradecraft backwards and forwards, and I always feel secure once he’s checked my system out and tended to the rust. His assistant Luke was excellent as well, knowledgeable and observant, with a sense of responsibility rare in a young man. I feel lucky to have had them come.
Jerry is such an expert with such a wealth of experience that it’s a privilege to have his assistance. On his latest service trip, he performed the maintenance on our tankless water heater. I feel so secure in knowing that the upkeep is in his hands.
