Royal Plumbing was very quick to respond to my service request, Lauren was absolutely wonderful in scheduling the first available which was in a few days, but then called back with a cancellation and Eric came the following morning. He was able to troubleshoot 2 separate toilet issues, one of which I had another plumber tell me I needed to replace. Very professional. Highly recommend!

I did not select Royal personally---they were the contractor of choice of my home warranty company. Lauren in the scheduling office was very helpful when they had to move my date of service due to an emergency on their end, and to assist me in keeping in touch with the plumber when my cell phone service was erratic. The plumber was able to resolve the issues with the toilets to our satisfaction. He tried to fix the dripping faucet but was not able to resolve it due to limitation of the AHS contract. My only comment would be that he could have been more prepared with towels and a bucket which I needed to provide for him. He was professional, friendly, and was willing to explain things to us. I would recommend them.

Trevon was on time, polite, efficient and fixed our leaking pipe easily. Would use again.

Lauren was professional, caring and so very helpful. She took the time to call me when she had an appointment open up prior to the scheduled one. Lauren also was so kind to call me to ask if I was satisfied with Royal. Plumbing services and if the backup was resolved that goes beyond customer service and I thank her and Royal for being such upstanding people. I also want to thank Kahlil (sorry for the spelling error) he was on time, courteous and solved our backup issue. Definitely will call them again!

We used Royal Plumbing through our home warranty, and they were extremely responsive with scheduling ASAP and informative in their diagnosis as to what was going on with our sump pump. Our technician was so helpful. Lauren was great to schedule with as well. I can tell that their employees are very knowledgeable in the field. I would definitely recommend!

I had service completed on my second floor toilet that has been overflowing or not filling at all - making me very nervous about flooding.

The company provided tracking information for the arrival of my serviceman and he contacted me to introduce himself before arriving.
