    I had my sink installed by Royal Plumbing. This sink fell within 24 hours of the installation. Upon returning to "re-install it." The technician shared that they didn't use brackets upon his managers instruction...When I attempted to reach the manager, he attempted to have someone who scheduled the appointments talk to me. When I finally got the "Manager Nate on the phone, he first shared that the brackets were installed previously, I then shared that the technician Trevon, who was in my house told me he never installed the brackets. Nate then told me brackets couldn't be installed, and that his technician was leaving
    immediately...When I objected stating that the sink was on the floor in the kitchen, Nate stated "He couldn't care less" and "that didn't matter to him at all...through it all Trevon attempted to remain professional, the service I received and the managers attitude were both completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

    Royal Plumbing came to my rescue! My appt was made promptly then a text msg was sent BEFORE my service provider Khalil arrived along with a follow-up text immediately after the repairs. Khalil was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. My repairs were fixed the same day with no hassle! Thank you, Royal Plumbing!

    Royal plumbing , Nate and ?Tyrone?,, saved me last year. An incompetent plumber couldn't complete a repair they did in 15 minutes. They warned me of imminent future failure and listened to my continued problems. Of course it was the tip of the iceberg, I ended up having to replace my gas boiler. They worked as quick as possible and got it done! I know they didn't get paid enough due to my home insurance, but they were great anyway.
    This year I had a problem with the new heater, the gas would not ignite (new electronic is not always better than the old pilot light). Busy as usual, they were delayed, but completed.the problem in 30 minutes.
    Lauren is also the nicest, most responsive person you'll ever have to speak to when you need their help. She relays your messages immediately and gets back to you ASAP!
    I would calls these guys any day!

    Lauren and the technician Khalil were very professional and listened to my concerns and scheduled my appointment relatively quickly. The work was done promptly and the Khalil made sure to double-, triple, quadruple-check everything before leaving to make sure all was fixed. I will certainly use them again should I have problems with plumbing. They also offer a 30-day guarantee in case something goes wrong or problem recurs, giving their customers that value-added peace of mind.

    Royal P, H & AC responded quickly to my call and had someone out within two days for a non emergency problem. The plumber/tech was there for a short time and fixed the issue. I needed him to come back, he did, and fixed a small issue, piggybacked on the first. The tech was on time, courteous, knowledgable and polite. And the company was prompt with follow up to make sure I was happy. Would def recommend.

    Trust me when I tell you I have never given a 1-star review for a company. However, after fighting for *months*, I haven't even been able to get a response back from the company. I've made 4-5 attemps, and it's always "I need to forward this to the manager."

    The company came in to do home warranty service work, and that only involved repairing a leaking drain pipe. Although I should only have to pay a $75 service fee to the warranty company, Royal Plumbing said there would be modifications that would require an additional, out-of-pocket $200 fee. I obliged. After about 5 minutes of work, the plumbers left. I fortunately had before pictures, and comparing to the work done, there was no modification. I assumed the pipes would need to be moved or something, but nothing like that was done. There was also no need to modify anything to have access to the area.

    I called the warranty company, and they said I would have to take it up with the contractor. So, here we are. Months after the service, I can't even get a response from the manager. While talking to the woman that answers the phones, she said they also have before and after pictures. I asked if I could get copies of their pictures, and have them point out the "modifications". Well, they aren't allowed to share those pictures with me. Why would they not be allowed to share picture of work done at my house with me?

    I know this company has good ratings, and I'm sure 99% of the time they deserve those ratings. I feel they deserve this 1-star rating for this issue. I just want the $200 back for modifications that never happened. At the *very least*, I want a call back explaining the modifications I was charged for. Neither of those should be a lot to ask.

    The plumbing work was more than initially anticipated thus the job isn't finished yet so I'm not able to review the actual plumbing service at this time. But I do want to commend the administrative assistant/ receptionist, Lauren, who has been outstanding. She's nice on the phone, efficient, resourceful, follows through on what she says she'll do, and really seems to like her job. Royal Plumbing is incredibly fortunate to have her work for them and I hope they recognize what a gem she is.

    This was my first time using Royal Plumbing. Service was excellent!!! It was extremely easy to make an appointment. Khalil was professional, answered all my questions, fixed my issue and was a gentleman. I definitely would recommend this business and will be using them for future plumbing issues.

    Royal Plumbing was referred to me via a home warranty service. I had a leak that I thought was fixed show up on the living room ceiling. Lauren, from Royal Plumbing, called to set up an appointment a couple of days away with a 4 hr. window, 8am-12pm. I wanted to be here when the plumber, Eric, came to find out first hand what the problem was. I called the night before the appointment and left a message asking if I could be his first stop, 8am-9am, because I had to leave for work. Lauren called me back that morning, said she got the message, and would put my request in Eric's notes which I hoped he would see in time. I got a text a little while later saying he'd be here before 9! He came in, I showed him the leak, and the first place he looked he found it. Eric then told me why it happened, fixed the problem, and told me if I had any more problems to call them back.
    Royal Plumbing is one of the few vendors the warranty company sent me that worked with my schedule. Lauren and Eric were accommodating, a pleasure to work with, and professional! I highly recommend them!
