He completed the replacement of my kitchen faucet which was determined to be the source of my leak.

American Home Shield referral. I talked to dispatch on a Thursday-- the same day the request went into AHS. Dispatcher clearly was organized and knew just how all the systems worked. They had a plumber come out the following day with a link to see where they were and a way to call or text if I needed to. Trevon arrived on time and was a kind and organized professional. He answered all my questions and did the repair that day. So glad to get to work with him!

Eric from Royal Plumbing came by to fix a few plumbing issues. He worked very quickly and got everything done well. When a problem that was fixed broke again, he came back and fixed it again completely. The customer service office is also very friendly and efficient. Recommend if you need any plumbing issues!

They were assigned to us through American Home Shield and although I really liked the woman who was responsible for scheduling we had a not great experience with the contractors that came to install our water heater. First they did not properly put the vent pipe on so gasses where leaking in our house. They did come the next day to fix it but then I started to smell gas yesterday in the boiler room and called PGW who came out and said that the gas valve (which should have been replaced with the water heater) was leaking gas and not done correctly and they turned off our hot water. So we probably had gas leaking for the past 2 weeks and we have a baby in the house so that is extremely unsafe. We had to pay another service fee and were originally told they couldn't come for 5 days at least and then she found a way to get them to come today which I was very grateful for. So they come and fix the water heater but then tell me they were messing around with the boiler (our heat to the house) and that if anything is wrong to call HVAC. I asked them what they meant by that and nothing was wrong with our system and PGW said there was no leaks with it so why were they even touching it? So needless to say they left and our heat was not turning on. I called Royal Plumbing and after she finally talked to the guys that came here she admitted they did turn it off and now we need to get an HVAC provider to come here. So now we have to scramble to try to find someone to come out to turn our heat back on and we have to pay for it. I really did want to like them but now we have no heat in the winter in our house with a baby.

Travon was very respectful! He arrived on the early side of the 4 hour window (8am-12pm). He completed, the job and answered all of my questions. Lauren was phenomenal! She kept us informed every step of the way! She was very understanding about the situation of not having hot water for almost 2 weeks. Oh, I can't forget Khalil who left a positive impression on the first visit. First, impressions is important! It forms the foundation for what's yet to come! Although, Khalil was requested due to the first interactions! He dropped by too say "hello" and to check-in; eventhough, he was on another job! Last but, not least, the young man in training (forgive me b/c, I forgot his name). He was polite and respectful! I highly recommend the entire Royal Team! I would definitely consider using Royal Plumbing again for future services. Great Job! Thank you for a pleasant experience!

Our Home Warranty company sent our request to Royal, and literally with seconds of hanging up with American Home Shield, Lauren called to set up an appointment! The plumber was on time, very polite & professional, and was done quickly, with no clean up required. Highly recommend for plumbing work!
