M&B Heating and Air

We've used M&B for a few year to service our local business. They are dependable and perform great work. They are very easy to work with and knowing they're going to be on time every time is great when you're having to schedule your own business appointments. I would highly recommend them!

Jacob found the problem with our duct work and will make recommendations for their repair. There was another problem that presented yesterday and he isolated the problem with the air handler. He was very well trained. Good customer relations person. Represents M& B very well..

Their service technician Rick was very professional, explained everything in detail and in my opinion did a great job.

I had Keith Edel again as the technician who came to complete my maintenance. He is prompt, virtuous snd professional. I have been so impressed with M&B Heating & Air. I purchased a new system a couple years ago and switch to M&B. I have a maintenance plan, they call me to set up the appointments, they let me know what’s going on with my system, if I have any problems with it I can call him anytime and I’ll get back to me promptly. If you’re looking for a good, consistent, professional service I would go with this company.

Initial review:
I just switched to M&B Heating and Air this year when I needed a new system. Everything has been fantastic!!! From my initial interaction with Gregg who went over the product and maintenance program as well as taking care of the rebate process for me.
I recently had an issue with my water drainage so the unit shut off. Of course I did not know that this was what it was and I came home from work at 9 pm one night to a VERY hot house. As you can imagine, I was not in a great mood. I called the answering service and got a call back from Keith Edel. He clearly knew how to handle hot, cranky, upset customers. He was calm, he listened to my frustrations and told me exactly what was going on. He came to my house first thing the next morning at 7:30 and took care of the issue...which was exactly what he said it was.
I so appreciated his kindness, his commitment to providing excellent service and his expertise. I would recommend this company to anyone. Jeanne

Julie and the lead tech, Matt, were amazing. Very knowledgeable about the products which helped in my decision when my unit needed to be replaced. The were able to get me an appointment quick and Matt did a great job installing the new system. I am very pleased and would highly recommend!!

Jacob was very thorough! He called me (property manager) to let me know of a potential fire hazard at a property while performing maintenance on systems. He stayed in touch with me and was so helpful with the process. They returned twice after issue was address by electrician to ensure the units were in safe working order. Rare and very pleasant experience!

M&B has been such a pleasure to work with. They installed a new AC in our old house and when we needed some done at our new house we knew we had to call them. Calvin is awesome! He’s our go to tech! Fast, efficient, and super polite! We’ll request him every time!

Rick, the service tech, was great. On time, professional, informative, cleaned up after himself, explained the invoice in detail. I couldn’t have asked for. Heather in the office is great as well.

M&B really stepped up to address an issue with our daughter's ac unit. They not only diagnosed the issue, provided several cost options and even provided room coolers until the job was completed. We highly recommend them to everyone.
