Justin just did my bi-annual service maintenance call. I cannot tell you how pleasant it was to have him here. He was neat, worked efficiently and was very pleasant. He explained what he had done and was very considerate of my home and me. Have only had M & B Hearing and Air for about a year, but their response time and employees have been the best I have had in this service area. Recommend highly.

Myatt and Bates have serviced my HVAC for over 9 years now. Up until the summer I had an old system which they kept going for me as long as they could. In July 2020 they installed an entirely new system for me and have been out twice to ‘tweak’ it for me.
I have only positive comments for Myatt and Bates as a company and for all their employees. From their receptionists to their technicians I have always had excellent service. They are courteous, knowledgeable and efficient, always on time and respectful of your home; keeping it clean while they work and also during the pandemic; being safe.
I would recommend them to anyone considering using their services.

I am extremely happy with the service I received from this company. Keith showed up On time and he was very helpful in telling me what I needed to have done. Their prices are considerably less than another AC company I was using so I will continue to use M&B from now on!

Excellent customer service. Calvin arrived on time to diagnose my issue. He explained everything and put me in touch with Kenny who came out and explained my options. Once I made my decision, the work began on time and they completed much sooner than anticipated. I highly recommend M&B.

I reached out to M&B to install a mitsubishi multi split inside my garage that I am renovating into a master bedroom. From the time I called to get an estimate and their guys came out to install this company is absolute professionals in every aspect. They were quick respond they were on time in their price didn't change from what they told me it would be. Thanks to the receptionist, Kenny, Julie, Eric and Austin for a job well done. If I should ever need HVAC work again in the future M&B will be my first call.
