    My scheduled visit was 11AM to 1PM
    Mason arrived at 1240 pm.
    He call about 1145 and said his first stop ran longer than planned. He asked if it would be ok if he stopped and got lunch I said yes.
    As I stated earlier he arrived about 1240.
    Mason's appearance was great.. He explained what he was going to do.. He was very professional and completed at approx 1400.
    I request that as long as Mason is with your company I would like for him to perform our unit's maintenance.
    He's a great young man and will be an excellent asset to your Company..

    This is a top notch company. I needed a new AC unit in my condo. I had 6 estimates and they were the only ones that did a load calibration to see what ton unit I actually needed. It turned out to be smaller than all the other companies suggested. The other companies never did a load calibration so they were not being thorough. M&B were on time, cleaned up and left, they saved me $ and my place is cool. The price was very fair and a Julie who answers the phone, I want to hire her.

    I just replaced a 17 year old A/C system. The new system is working great. The salesman and installers came out quickly even with the heat wave here at the end of May. Installers were 15 minutes earlyđź‘Ťđź‘Ť, very pleasant and done installing my new A/C in 4 1/2 hours on a Saturday. I was very impressed with the customer service in buying and installing my system so I can only hope /imagine service on the system will be the same.

    Had a 4 year old AC system shut down right in the middle of a heat wave. M&B responded the same day and fixed the problem. Impressive. Glad I had a maintenance contract with M&B. Had contracts with four other companies over the last 5 years and became disappointed with the quality of the work.
    Happy now.

    We are very picky when it comes to HVAC service and equipment. In the last 5 years we have used 4 different service companies but we finally found a company we can trust to do a good job- Myatt and Bates.
    We recently decided to replace our upstairs heat pump and all of the duct-work. We are pretty loyal to Carrier equipment so after several bids for the work, we again settled on Myatt and Bates. Since this is the 8th installation we have had over several houses, we knew what to look for during installation. Myatt and Bates did an absolutely superb job. The installers (Eric, Sean, Austin and Matt) were friendly, knowledgeable and they kept the house clean. This was particularly challenging since we had blown insulation in the attic and these guys we up there crawling around doing the demo and installation of all the duct-work and equipment.
    Great Job, no problems, can’t beat the quality. Thanks again.

    Very professional, very knowledgable, fair price, excellent equipment, Timely, courteous. Been with M&B 13 years and wouldn't think of changing to another service company. Just upgraded my 13 year old system to the top of the line Lennox heat pump. Wow, what a difference. Never been so comfortable!

    I had an AC issue on the 4th. Calvin came quickly, found the problem and fixed it. He did a check of the system beyond what he replaced to make sure all was good. He had looked at my service history to see what other issues had occurred and made a recommendation for whomever did the next service. I appreciated the thorough customer focused service.

I was handled by a very helpful tech, completed without any problems, explained and concluded in a very professional manner. I intend to continue go use M&B for all my heating and air needs.
