D&M was amazing. We were without heat for a week and when we called then for a quote, they were able to schedule a furnace install within 24 hours and the install took only 2hours, instead of the 4 they quoted. Their price was competitive and customer service was awesome. We will definitely use them again!

We have used D&M Heating for over 15 years. Our furnace went out today, Sunday and with a windchill of -2 it was quite cold in our house. Alyssa responded to our call and was at our home within an hour . She was helpful, prompt, and efficient. Our furnace is working great. Jeff has also worked on our furnace and air conditioning in the past and we've never had a complaint about the service we've received. We highly recommend D&M Heating and Air Conditioning!

We had a new furnace installed and everything went very well. The person who came out for the service call really explained all of our options in terms we could understand. Their scheduling to install the unit was very flexible and the installation was done with careful attention to all the details. We were very satisfied with our service.

The two guys were so nice very respectful cleaned up after they were done explained everything they were doing. Definitely will recommend D & M heating prices very reasonable. Had a furnace maintenance with Alyssa and all went very well. She was on time, professional, and efficient. Will definitely use again for any HVAC needs.

Our furnace would not turn-on and D&M was able to come before 1PM and quickly fix the issue. But, after fixing it we decided it was probably time to replace our 2 furnaces and the repair technician walked us through the options and confirmed the availability of the ones we wanted. They were installed the next day and the guys who did the installation were AWESOME! There was a break in one of the wires for the 2nd floor thermostat and, though it took them hours to find the break (buried behind our drywall ceiling in the basement), they refused to give-up and were able to complete it at about 8:30. We could not have asked for better service and could not recommend them highly enough. And, the new furnaces are SO nice and quiet and maintain a perfectly constant temperature. We give every aspect of our service a 10 out of 10.

They installed a Carrier humidifier this time. Our carrier furnace and AC were installed by them prior to this service. Tim and Kraig are great and we have always received very good service from them.

Highly recommend D&M! Jeff explained all of our options and differences between various furnaces; helped us narrow down our choices based on our home and heat usage. Karen was extremely helpful with financing and scheduling, even came after installation to check the work! The techs were personable, accommodated my installation requests, and answered my questions and cleaned up like they were never even here. They definitely went above and beyond. Very happy with our new furnace, AC unit and thermostat!
