D & M Heating and Air Conditioning

From Jeff (estimate) to Jamie and Elijah (installation) to Christine in the office, everyone was professional and did a great job. I have used them before on installations on my rental property and DM was great then as well.

We used D&M Heating for a furnace and air conditioner checkup in the past five months. We purchased our new home and had D&M check the furnace on the day that we got the keys to the new place. They were on time, and the price for the work was great. Today, they did an air conditioner check, as we just wanted to make sure it was working properly, since we have no history with the unit. Adam did a great job, cleaned it out, checked things over, and gave me some great tips on keeping it running smoothly, since the AC unit is 17 years old. I would recommend them to anyone that wants the work done properly, the first time.

Adam was prompt, professional & patient in answering our questions about the repair of our air conditioner's capacitor part. He was very informative in explaining his repair procedures and gave us sound advice about eventually replacing the unit.

Today, 12.13.19, Alyssa came to do a winter inspection on our heating unit. She was prompt, professional & very knowledgeable about our furnace. Alyssa was very thorough in cleaning our unit, making adjustments too. Such great work ethic from D & M employees!

First time using D&M & would highly recommend. My first contact from phone call was with Karen. She was very nice & helpful. Karen set up my appointment to have a Furnance tuneup. I asked about service plan she explained it and it was what I was looking for. Very good plan. Sean was the service tech that tuned up my furnace. I had a lot of questions and Sean was very knowledgeable and nice and answered them all. He was very prompt with appointment time. My neighbors recommended D&M and I am glad they did. Great business.

D & M Heating and cooling and their team do a fantastic job with sales and service. We have a service contract with them so they call us and complete a cleaning on the furnace in fall and the AC in spring. All the techs are awesome. We bought a new furnace and air conditioner a few years back and have not had one issue with them. They are very professional and will not try and sell you anything you do not need. With 24 hour service this is your place for peace of mind.

We had an issue with our boiler short cycling. Called D&M and they had someone out within a few hours. Sean successfully solved our issue, whereas a previous company told us the issue was our Nest. He explained everything thoroughly and was able to give us a temporary solution until the part he needed came in the next business day.

Fairly new in our 'old' home, we just called the number ( D&M's) on the furnace to get on a maintenance schedule. SO glad we did! Pleasure of dealing with Christine and our Tech was Adam! They were wonderful!
