Update: Once again, D&M doesn't disappoint. We had an issue when we turned on our air the first time this year. It was Memorial weekend. Of course the weather was supposed to be in the 80's for a three day span. Called D&M. Alyssa was at our house in less than a half an hour. She was professional and thorough. She had the air on in less than 30 minutes! Great service!

I can't say enough about D&M Heating & Air Conditioning. We have had to call for service in the winter (below zero temperature) AND summer (we came home from vacation to a 95 degree, and humid home). Karen (office) is ALWAYS able to fit us in for an appointment. We just recently purchased a new system and the installers (Kraig and Dustin) were courteous, honest and COMPLETELY professional! I HIGHLY recommend D&M.

Service specialist Sean was prompt and very respectful. Explained the issues he found with our AC system and gave recommendations for it's repair! Cost was affordable. We previously used D&M 2 years ago when we needed a new heater and will most certainly use them again.

From the first meeting with Jeff to get everything finalized and scheduled, to getting the work completed with Kraig and Elijah, everyone was GREAT! This team really knows what they are doing. They are very customer service oriented and will get the job done right the first time. Very quick and efficient! They were very professional and friendly...and they cleaned everything up and took all the old stuff away! Great job! I would definitely recommend this company!

Great company from the owner to the office staff and service technicians. Great service from everyone. This is a company that truly cares about providing honest, quality service at a reasonable price for quality products. It's nice to know that still exists. Have had a great experience with D&M this year. Both times that they came out (in summer for the AC cleaning and in November to clean the furnace) they were polite, prompt, and did a great job cleaning up. I have their service plan which covers each cleaning a year and greatly reduces the cost if I need an after-hours call (which, let's be honest, is when things always break anyways). My family has been going to them for years and we've never had a problem.

Purchased the home 3 years ago, and went without maintenance for those 3 years. Being from California, I'd never even seen boilers before! There were extensive service records from DM on my home's 2 boilers, so I had my assistant call them to book an appointment. We went through a few hassles with that because the required the homeowner to call, but I finally got them to do a maintenance on both units within a week of the call—a 40+ Year old and a 60+ year old boiler. Maintenance seemed to be quick, and the technician Tim offered to additionally bleed the air from one of the boiler units and gave me tips on how to do it for the rest of the home from the radiators (which I'd read about before but also never done). Total cost was a little more than I thought it would be, but still seemed pretty valuable as I've not maintained the boilers. I signed up with a yearly service contract to continue to maintain the boilers, and looking forward to another winter in Wisconsin knowing that if anything goes out, D&M is quick and efficient and responsive.

I love the monthly maintenance program! Such a great value for yearly HVAC maintenance, AND a discount on any service parts needed. I highly recommend Alyssa for maintenance visits. She's knowledgeable, punctual, friendly, and never tries to up-sell us on anything we don't need. When the day comes that we need more than just maintenance, I will have no hesitation to call D&M.

Had 17 year old HVAC MagicPak that was at the point to be replaced; it was rusting with microbial buildup. I had to turn off unit in peak Summer. Luckily given the supply constraints due to SAR2-CoV-2, D&M sourced a replacement unit in a timely fashion. The install was done very professionally and courteously. I went with the I-Wave-R Air Scrubber and the Resideo Redlink Thermostat (spun off Honeywell), thumbs up. I recommend D&M.

I am very pleased with the service I have received over the years from D & M Heating & Air Conditioning. I appreciate receiving calls from Jennifer every spring and fall to schedule appointments for cleaning and checking my furnace and air conditioner. Tim is the service tech that has been coming to my home over the years. Gotta love the guy because he answers questions about the workings of the furnace and air conditioning without making me feel like an idiot. I have had instances when I needed "emergency services" and a technician was at my home within 45 minutes to make repairs. Thank you for the excellent service I have received over the years.

After unsuccessfully attempting to replace a thermostat on our own, we couldn't get the old thermostat to work. The expert from D&M helped me find my wiring error over the phone, getting the heat running and saving us an emergency weekend service fee. The gentleman I spoke with was not only professional and knowledgeable, but helpful and understanding of our situation. I have had D&M Heating fix my furnace and ac in the past and was very pleased at that time, too. I highly recommend them.
