D & M Heating and Air Conditioning

Called Monday afternoon for our furnace that was not working properly. Initially scheduled for Friday afternoon, which was the earliest normal hour maintenance call available. They called right back saying there was a cancelation and they could get us in Tuesday morning. Sean arrived promptly, figured out the problem quickly, and then fixed the issue. Highly recommend their services!

Their service is outstanding.. Dustin & Kraig were just great The service is strictly topnotch. Also thanks to Alyssa for doing the paperwork for the install. WE are very happy with the results, We will continue to use D&M for all our heating & cooling needs.

Kraig and Elijah installed 2 air conditioning Units. They did a fantastic job. Very professional. They were very quick and very polite. Adam come over and did our inspection and quite.. He was very nice and professional. He kept us updated the whole time. I would definitely recommend D&M

In the past, I have been disappointed by the professionalism of the technicians from other area companies, and gouged for a service call (I think, in part, because I wasn't in the state at the time of the call). I called DM for a routine gas boiler heating maintenance check, and got scheduled quickly. They sent Tim, who was courteous, very professional, and honest. He found some issues with a temperature/ pressure gauge and and outdoor vent so I agreed to have those fixed. He did the repairs. 2 days later, he had to come back for another repair, unrelated to his work. Again, he was courteous, and actually called and arrived a little early! Prices were reasonable and the repairs were done neatly and carefully. Tim takes pride in his work. Kristine in the office sent schedule reminders and also is polite and pleasant. I signed up for their heating maintenance contract and my service call went towards the yearly cost, making it very affordable. So far, so good!

All of D&M heating people, Tim of the maintenance and sales and Jamie and Elijah the installation team have been professional and friendly. We would recommend D&M to anyone.

Today service tech Adam performed a pre-season clean and check on my furnace. He was professional, courteous, and an excellent communicator. He answered every question to my satisfaction and took time to offer and explain alternatives for future service. This is the third time I've called D&M over the years and have always been satisfied. I highly recommend!

I have always appreciated the service and quality of the work done by D & M heating. They have always done an excellent job. My most recent experience was excellent! Adam, the technician was very polite, and he did a wonderful job explaining about an important part that was needing replacement on my boiler. He outlined my options and gave me a clear understanding of why that part needed replacing, the cost of replacement and the timing of doing the replacement. He was informative but absolutely did NOT pressure me to have work done. Wonderful company to work with!

Just had our new Carrier heating and cooling system installed last week. Jeff Goff and the staff at D&M were great to work with. Explained all the needs of our home without any upselling. Highly recommend for installation and service!

We had an old 97’ furnace that was definitely due for an upgrade! Tim and Karen were extremely helpful when it came to finding the right one for our home and answered all of our questions. Dustin and Adam came to install our new furnace and they were very respectful and finished the install within a few hours. I am very happy with the service that was provided and would highly recommend D & M!

Sean and Tim arrived promptly, they were very pleasant and VERY professional. They performed their checks quickly and found the problem, explained everything very well and easily understandable. and within an hour our AC was back on and cooling our condo off. While here they cleaned everything and checked the full system. They're performance gave us a lot of confidence that our system is in good shape for it's age and will last it's full life expectancy. We HIGHLY recommend using D&M, we are very pleased with their service.
