D & M Heating and Air Conditioning

I was out of town a couple weeks ago and my wife was home alone. She calls me at 10:00 pm and says the furnace isn't working. I called D & M and left a message. Ten minutes later Jeff called me and he came out within the hour. He got the furnace running. He then gave me several options. I decided to have D & M replace the furnace as it was 18 years old and we had several costly repairs done already to it. They came out the next afternoon and installed a new furnace. Did a great job. I was not a customer of D & M at the time and they still treated us like we were long time customers with them. They do what they say and they do it well!

D&M's employees are honest and quick. We've used them before for A/C, and gave us honest advice on what we need, so when we needed a new furnace (32 year old furnace died), they gave us a good price and a fast, clean, quick installation. Thank you to Jeff, Dustin, and Kraig!

They were conscientious about their work, communicated effectively, and very knowledgeable about the HVAC systems. We signed up almost a year ago, for a heating and cooling contract with DM Heating & AC, after a friend/neighbor’s referral. The contract is very affordable and they really do an outstanding, thorough job for us. Today, a week before our first, scheduled annual AC tune up with DM, our AC stopped working properly. I called the office, and explained the problem to the best of my ability. Any time I call, I’m treated very professionally and with respect, which is also appreciated. Within approximately 2 hours after I called the office, Service Technician Adam was at our home, quickly diagnosed the problem and thoroughly explained it so my wife and I could understand. I had my furnace replaced today. Have never worked with D&M Heating & Air Conditioning prior to this process. The overall experience was positive from the secretaries to the servicemen in service, quality, and communication. I would recommend and use their services again.

Had D&M do our first furnace maintenance since we moved to our house and they were prompt, courteous and professional. I had received a few quotes from other companies and they are competitively priced for the area. They provided a report of everything that was checked/cleaned.
