    I’m extremely with the service I received from My Guy Heating & Air! They will definitely be the first call I make for any future HVAC needs. CJ was the technician who handled my call and he was everything I could ask for – competent, efficient, personable and honest. I have a mini-split system, which requires skills that not all HVAC techs have. CJ has all of the training and experience to diagnose and repair these systems. I had a service call from the company who installed my system a couple years ago and, while they were price-competitive on the initial sale and installation, they charged outrageous fees for service. Do yourself a favor and call My Guy.

    Brian Armstrong of My Guy Heating & Air arrived on time. He then went step by step through checking the unit. Before each step he checked in with me to explain what would happen next and cost. By signing up for the yearly maintenance service we actually paid less for the repair and will receive two service appointments in the upcoming year. They also had the least wait time of all the other companies I called.

    I called My Guy heating & air as two Ruud units were not functioning @ my home. Carrie who fielded my call, was extremely professional and personable. She set me up with an appointment with a 2 hour time window. Brian Armstrong, the field tech, followed procedure and texted me 30 minutes prior to the time he would be at my home. Brian showed up and got to work immmediately. He was personable and knowledgeable and had both units functioning in an hour or so.
    Based on every aspect of service ive received, I will refer My Guy to everyone.

    We discovered “My Guy Heating & Air last year while listening to KFMB, talk radio. Without delay, we contacted Carrie for an appointment to maintenance our HVAC. Our first service call was in December 2017. Donavan was scheduled. Not only is he well experienced and educated, a very personable individual who provided great service. Then, most recently, Donavan returned for pre-season service of our A/C. Again, outstanding service. Did i mention we signed up for their maintenance program. Great value for on going care.
