My Guy Heating & Air is the best! From both ladies on the phones to their repair tech CJ, the experience was top notch! They gave me a nice short window and kept in touch via text; CJ even called to say he was on his way. He was able to fix my issue in under an hour and at a great price. He was on time, courteous, and friendly and offered great solutions to our problem. I would use them again in a heartbeat! Kudos to My Guys Heating and Air!

I love these guys. Before I gave them the job to replace both heating and air condition system, I interviewed and received quotes from several other companies. I listened to their presentation and recommendations. Caleb was the only one to do a thorough review of my current system before making recommendations. Nevertheless, I researched all companies products before making a decision. Once again, My Guy, Caleb gave the most honest answers. There were a few small hiccups with the installation but Caleb and CJ were on it immediately and had it resolved quickly. Yes. I highly recommend them and have already to my neighbor, who is calling them this morning.

Every step of my experience with the My Guy team was professional. I was able to get an appt. the next day. My technician Brian was incredibly professional and helpful. He took the time to explain everything and was patient and friendly the entire time (despite being out in the extreme heat!). I will use them going forward for all maintenance and repairs.

I contacted My Guy Heating & Air to investigate an issue with my home AC. Brian A. came out and did an excellent job maintaining and replacing a failed part in one of my AC units. He took the time to explain to me why it had failed and what to expect of my aging units. He even climbed up to the attic to investigate and repair a decoupled vent. Overall I was very pleased with their communication, their work and their responsiveness and would highly recommend them for your residential HVAC needs.

Victor & Andres were the team who installed our HVAC system as well as total duct replacement. They were terrific in every way. Victor was the team lead and he brought years of experience and knowledge where we felt everything would be done correctly. I would recommend them.

My Guy is a terrific company. In the middle of a long heat wave, I was able to get a next day appointment. (Thanks to Carrie and a cancellation) Brian came on time the next morning. He got to work right away and the first thing he did was turn on the A/C. Would you believe it…the A/C started working… cold air & all??? I had tried to restart it several times over the last few days and only warm air came out every time!!! I was afraid Brian was going to say it was working fine, give me a bill for the service call, then leave…but, thank goodness, he did not. He found the problem in less than 10 minutes and showed me the parts. One was melted and both were covered in oil. I knew the 30+ yr old system needed to be replaced but I could not afford it. Brian was very understanding and never tried to pressure me into buying a new unit. Instead, he gave my old A/C unit "CPR" and put it on "Life Support" with the hopes that it will make it thru the summer. All things considered, the bill was very reasonable. I will definitely be using Brian & My Guy in the future.

If you are looking to add air conditioning to your home I highly suggest using My Guy! The entire process was painless. Chad came out and looked at what we had and was able to give us recommendations on what we needed in order to add air conditioning to our home. He was friendly, knowledgable, and was very COVID safe. Victor and Andres came out to install our new air conditioner. They were both also extremely respectful, COVID safe, and knowledgable. Victor was able to answer all my questions during the installation process and never made me feel like I was bothering him.
