Very knowledgeable and pricing was comparable to other companies. We had previous problems with a different company via our home warranty. I called My Guy and the front desk personal were very nice. They sent over Brian, who discovered several issues and was very thorough; he was here for several hours and emailed me his documentation/photos afterwards. Gave us several options and we opted for a new furnace. Install was smooth and the techs were nice and handled everything with care. We did have an issue with a new furnace that was installed; Brian was here very quickly and fixed the problem quickly, free of charge (was a manufacturer part problem, nothing that the My Guy techs did)! Brian is very nice and knows his craft well! They offer a great service warranty with their installs!

After receiving several estimates for a first time AC install, we decided to go with "My Guy". They offered a fair price for quality equipment. They were responsive to our phonecalls and questions. When the crew started work, they were always on-time, considerate to our home and property, and always did everything they said they would do.

Great experience!! Brian inspected and serviced our air-conditioner, he took pictures in the attic to show us the ducts and issues that had to be replaced, cleaned, or serviced. He explained everything. Work areas were spotless before he left! He also saved us thousands of dollars. Another company we had contacted before we got a second opinion from My Guy (Brian) was a very high quote. So happy My Guy was recommended!! Thank you Brian!!!

CJ and Gerrard (hopefully spelled correctly) really made sure everything was running again and kept the cost down. That really means a lot when you have an unexpected bill. Have to say the office staff was impressive as well. Was able to get my appointment sooner and that mattered when I didn't have any heat this winter. I will definitely use MY GUY Heating and Air again for any repairs. In the meantime, they will be out regularly for scheduled maintenance. Great job! You earned a life long customer. For those who are looking for a good, fair, solid company for repairs, you should give them a call first.

As soon as he commenced troubleshooting it became clear that he knew is business! He talked me through the troubleshooting and to the eventual repair quickly and professionally. I was hopeful about this company with all the 5-star reviews. Couldn’t even get to scheduling because the secretary was extremely rude and unprofessional. They also advertise a coupon on their website for the service I was looking for and she said she had to ask if they would honor it. I’m like it’s on your website, the right thing to do is to honor it or don’t falsely advertise. She also seemed to be annoyed with all my questions. If you don’t like your job, you shouldn’t do it. Very disappointed in the poor service I received.
I’m very happy with my guy heating and air. I bought a new unit from them last year after my old unit from 20 + years ago finally quit working . The team is very professional, from the front office to the techs who install and do repair. They do a great job . If there is ever any problem they are on top of it and easy to contact . I just had my 1st free tune up and Scott the tech did a great job fixing my thermostat and making sure my hvac unit is ready for the hot summer weather . I’m very happy with the new hvac I bought from them and the overall service , value and professionalism of the entire team .
My Guy is Donovan and he is the best! He is a fine young man that is knowledgeable on all aspects of heating and air. I have had him service my system for 2 years now. My Guy Heating and Air is pro-active in scheduling my warranty service calls so I don't need to remember. I recommend this company and give 5 stars to Donovan and My Guy Heating and Air
I've had both Donovan and CJ out to service our system and both are wonderful! They are very knowledgeable and provide excellent advice on how to get the best use and maintenance of our system! We had CJ out this morning and he was super! I love how understanding he was about my noisy dogs and inquisitive children! This company's customer service is AMAZING and would recommend My Guy to all! Don't bother calling other places and definitely take them up on their offer to service your system annually - they do all the work, from calling you to schedule, to maintenance on your system!
