CJ came to troubleshoot why our 20 year old system was not cooling. It was time for a new system. He was professional, thorough and efficient and provided us with a options to choose with a variety or prices to fit our budget. Installation was scheduled quickly and Storm and Alex did an amazing job. They too were professional , thorough and efficient. Highly recommend My Guy Heating and Air!!

If you're looking for a/c service, look no further! My Guy is one of the companies I contacted after I saw all the amazing reviews and I was not disappointed. First and foremost, the customer service is what stands out the most. I am glad they were able to make it out on a Saturday at no additional cost. They make sure to give you a courtesy phone call and e-mail the day before your scheduled appointment. Then, the technician also calls to give you a more exact ETA on the day of.

Our technician CJ was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain and educate us on everything he was doing. Right when we explained our problem to him upon his arrival, he already had a diagnosis. He not only fixed what was wrong with the a/c unit, but also gave us options on how to prolong the life of our a/c. At no time did we feel pressured at all to upgrade/replace anything, but we did since we trusted CJ's expertise in the field. The whole process took only about an hour. We tacked on the $99 membership fee for bi-annual service on our heating and air since its a great deal for preventive maintenance and since we had such a good initial experience. CJ was also great about our very affectionate dog following along with us on the job.

Overall, my husband and I were very satisfied with the service My Guy performed for us and are happy we found our go-to company for future jobs.

My central AC was done in one day which no other bidder could match. I would not hesitate to recommend My Guy. Brian Armstrong, the My Guy HVAC technician was stellar! He arrived on time. Called with a heads-up about 15 minutes prior. He was polite and professional, knowledgeable and courteous of the owners of the home he was inspecting. He provided excellent relevant information and truly went above and beyond. I'm sure my clients will be using him in the future and I will definitely hold onto My Guy's number for future HVAC needs. I would highly recommend the technician and the company. This company is super professoinal yet friendly. I interviewed four different hvac companies and went with My Guy. Caleb worked up a few bids for me with options with no problem. The installation and installers answered whatever questions I had and did their work in a timely fashion. We have a two and one half year old who got in their way trying to help, and the guys were super with him. I will definitely have these guys back when it's time to do the remaining part of our home. Hands down, a winning company.

We placed a call when they opened this morning and in 3 hours we had a technician out to take a look at our AC that "seemed to be working" but wasn't cooling the house after being on for a couple of hours. Brian was nice, professional and diagnosed the problem and had our home cooling off again in a short amount of time. He is professional, knowledgeable, and works with great integrity. I'm so grateful for the level of service My Guy Heating and Air Conditioning provides. These guys were very professional and were on time when they said they would be at my house. I received a courtesy call the day before and then again before the time they would arrive. Brian, was very professional and worked efficiently to fix the heater. When he had to return the following day after his last appointment at 5:30pm he still showed up to finish the job. Great service!

This company was very responsive to all my questions and were accommodating. I needed my furnace repaired and originally contacted a big name company with all the tv commercials and they showed up and diagnosed my issue (inaccurately) and left me hanging without responding to my calls . When I called My Guy, they came out right away and didn't charge me for a second opinion. They provided an accurate diagnosis of the issue that I was having. The tech gave me all my options and even stuck around to heat my house on the coldest evening in winter. He ordered the parts needed and returned relatively quickly to repair. We have been enjoying our heated home since. Thank you My Guy!

I just want to say that CJ came into my home and was so kind and helpful and clean!! I could tell that he has a working knowledge about everything in my furnace. He did a great job servicing and cleaning it and showing me all the things that he did which were a lot! He never pressured me to do anything more, but gave me some ideas of what needed to be done in the future to improve things in my furnace. CJ is a great representative of his company... my sister had Jared come to her house and he was equally wonderful and trustworthy. This is a great company.
