Bryan did a thorough inspection and service. He really seemed to know what he was doing. My air conditioner is working great and I am hoping to get a couple more years out of it.
Excellent Customer Support. Kerrie, office dispatcher very professional and scheduled our pre-paid bi-annual check up. Received e-mail with picture of technician and planned arrival time. Technician called me about 40 minutes prior to arrival in the window of time we previously agreed to. Technician, Donnovan, arrived on site, and looked very professional, put his covers on his boots prior to walking in, even though I informed him it was not necessary. Technician was thorough. Also, strongly recommended Surge Protection for both components of my Heat Pump. Changed our filter. He indicated everything else was running fine.

C.J. Just came out today for our free once a year HVAC checkup. It came with the new HVAC we purchased for our 1600 sq. foot one story home in R.B. I think we get 2 years of free 2 times per year inspections? We purchased our new HVAC from My Guy in spring 2017 and we did not go for the bottom of the line unit because we wanted a long lasting, well working system and we didn't want to cheat ourselves by going for the low option. We thought we paid a lot for the system, but as it turns out, had we gone with one of the companies that we see advertising on TV all of the time, we would have paid about 5K to 10K more than with My Guy! Crazy how much these things cost! So we bit the bullet and purchased the better system and we have been super happy with the system, heater & A.C. and My Guy. They are quick, clean, courteous, honest. Genuinely nice guys to have come in to your home. They always wear booties without having to be told to. Clean, meticulously groomed and professional. They are a smaller, family run business by Caleb and his wife who is in the office and sets up and confirms the appointments. She is more "all business" on the phone. We didn't feel ripped off. We felt we received a great product for what we paid, great follow up and especially liked C.J. because he showed up when he said he would. He didn't keep us waiting. He was super informative about the system and the best way for us to use it. We didn't feel like we had a bunch of strangers and gawkers in our house. I felt comfortable and safe as a female. Some times repair guys have come into our home, and I just don't get that "safe" feeling. When you use My Guy, you bring quality people in to your safe zone of a home and you don't feel bad after they leave.
Jared Stein-Roe was amazing! He was very professional and knowledgable. He gave me a courtesy call that he was on his way. He was wearing a mask and shoe covers. He even helped me understand the issues I was up against and walked me through his logic. Amazing work done. I feel secured knowing that our HVAC is working properly and is in good hands.
I had my biannual tuneup on my heater. Everything was working great but a couple of days later it was acting funny... but only in the evening. I called the company and Jared came out that same day to assess the problem. He/we could not figure out the problem. Finally after videos and FaceTime calls and text Jared said can I come over now (it was 9pm) I said sure so he worked and asked questions and slowly the problem came into focus! Jared is “ My Guy” from now on!! Thanks Jared!
Jared is the man!! My wife turned on our A/C unit for the 1st time this summer (almost made it to August!) and the fan didn't turn on. He was servicing our neighbor's unit, so I ran over to see if he could check ours out before leaving for his next service appointment. He stopped by and fixed the problem within 5 minutes (one of our boys had pulled the disconnect, so the fan motor wasn't starting). The second best part? He did it free of charge. My Guy has earned my business! Thanks Jared!

Caleb is very professional and has a wealth of knowledge. He will explain things concerning your A/C on your level and treat you with respect. I had a few problems with my system which he fixed on the spot, with my approval of course. He cleaned up after the job was complete including installation of new wrapping on the outside lines to the condenser unit. Thanks Caleb! Keep your ethos of honesty, integrity, and expert knowledge in your line of work and your company will go far!
I found these guys on a radio show. Had a feeling they were who they claimed to be: honest, transparent, and reasonably priced. Donavan is my service guy, and he's great. Always puts his shoe protectors on while in the house- even if walking in the front and out the back ! He's thorough and informative in his explanations. Offers to do small additional things without charge. Checks and double checks. Tells me current state of equipment, and projects when I might want to think about more expensive maintenance - and doesn't try to sell me on changes and upgrades prematurely. Only suggests repairs that are indicated by malfunction or out of spec. Willing to return without service fee even if something breaks he checked out as OK on my bi-annual checkups. Great to have piece of mind knowing I'm covered in an emergency, and have someone looking over my shoulder with an eye for small issues before they get to be big expensive ones. Strongly recommend them, and especially Donavan.
It's been about a year since my furnace install through My Guy. Heater is running great and they just sent Brian Armstrong out to do the annual check-up. He was courteous and professional and gave me a few options to consider moving forward with the system but was not pushy.
