My Guy Heating & Air

We have used My Guy heating and air for a few years and highly recommend them! This last time we had Jared service our furnace/ac and he was very professional and explained everything that he would do to check the furnace and our ac unit. My Guy has always done a great job we get their membership to stay on top on the service to keep the units running great.

This is the second time I've called on CJ for help. The first time he fixed the pump on the the split at my mom's condo. He was incredibly friendly and professional at the same time. He was easy to talk to and explained what needed to be done. He had the unit working again in no time. This second time around, he was as helpful as before, even though this is a busy time of year for him. I told him the problem and he helped me to fix it on my own knowing that it would be quite a long time before someone could get to me with such a small issue. I very much appreciate how CJ takes these kinds of things into consideration for his clients. His customer service will always have me returning to My Guy Heating & Air. CJ has truly become my family's guy!

Great experience. Cj came out for maintenance but found our system was a hazard (we knew it was near end of life). He put together the quote and had Storm do the install a couple days later. Very impressed by the service they provided.

I was very pleased with the professional and skilled performance of Ramiro. He really knows what he is doing! Because of how my previous unit was installed, it created a challenge for Ramiro to install my new unit, but no problem for Ramiro! With his knowledge & skill, he mastered it with grace & ease. He took his time to do an excellent job and was gracious and patiently answered all my questions. I would gladly recommend My Guy Heating & Air to friends & family and happily give them 5 stars!

Jared did an excellent job of keeping us posted regarding expected arrival by phone and e-mail. When he arrived he proved to be very polite, helpful & efficient. Did a very thorough job of diagnosing the problem and explaining the fix and the charges as well as other helpful system upgrades. Would definitely use again and would recommend to friends and associates.

Brian came over and a cold and very rainy late day call. Very quickly diagnosed a wiring error from previous contractors who had installed the smart thermostat. Checked heat and air and verified everything worked, and only charged us a minimal fee.

What really impressed me about Brian and his service was that even though it was raining and muddy (we had to make multiple trips to the compressor outside the house) he was very conscientious about making sure not to track mud in the house.A contractor who worries about the little things can be trusted with the big things.

We now have a new heating and air service team! Brian and My Guy for us!

My experience with this company, the General Manager Carrie and the Technician Brian has been pretty amazing.
My air con was a mess, the previous owner of my house did a lousy installation of a new unit.Not just I couldn’t replace the filter as the access was blocked but the void space underneath the unit was a health hazard bringing all kinds of debris and dust towards the vents.They were easy to communicate, friendly, reasonable prices, on time and finished the job requested correctly.

Needed a "tune-up" on our very old A/C units. Price was very reasonable and Donovan was EXCELLENT!! He was professional, friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgable. He was so great about explaining what repairs were needed and why without pressure to buy. We will need to replace our two units soon and when we do, My Guy and Donovan will be our guys!

Outstanding service from first contact through installation of new HVAC system. CJ was very through troubleshooting my furnace issue. I had a total of 4 repair companies come out and My Guy was the most professional and spent the most time troubleshooting the problem. After I considered the cost to keep repairing my 18 yr old furnace vs replacement I went with a new system. The team from My Guy were outstanding. They protected my floors in the house as they moved in and out with the equipment and completed the job in one day. I highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs.
