Ongaro installed a new system which was ok except that they tried to get me to purchase the most costly system and when they came out a yr later to clean the system they did a terrible job and lied to me. They took two of the metal filters and said they could just hose off. I took them for their word but didn't notice a difference in the air quality. They also tried to sell me a air purifier system. I was not happy with them and called another company which came to clean it filters and they were horrified with how filthy the filters were. They said that the metal filters should never be washed and that they were now all rusty. They also informed me that I had another two filters that were apparently never changed and were thick with dust and dog hair. Ongaro refused to talk with me or make right what they had failed to do and I hope anyone that needs heating work will think twice about hiring Ongaro.

i have used Ongaro a few different times. Each time they try to sell me "services" that they can make to improve this or that at my house. i had an annual service contract which basically entails paying for service a year before they actually do anything. i just had them do the annual flush of the instant hot water heater and they said that the pressure relief valve is leaking on the gas line, which is corroded. They pressured me to sign the contract for $2000 (more than the cost of the heater). i finally got a written copy of the estimate and its outrageous. Even though I am a "valued customer" the costs are egregiously inflated. Maybe taking advantage of an older female in healdsburg, not sure. If you pay Ongaro they will show up, and they are professional. But you will pay through the nose. I agree with another reviewer: i can't believe how many people rate this company highly.

Price Gouchers!!!! They charged my uncle $750 to replace a kitchen faucet for 1½ hours of work and my uncle supplied the faucet. He's never going to use them again. He was not happy. Do not hired this company unless you wanted to over pay and waste your hard earned money. Negative stars if I could. I would of replaced it myself if I would of known for free.

I am very pleased and happy with their services. Person over the phone was very kind and accommodating, very well versed. Also, our technician Also was amazing! He was knowledgeable, flexible and didn't leave until getting to the root of the issue and resolving it. Our kitchen sink was overflowing, and he was able to investigate and fix the issue. I will definitely use them again, and highly recommend their services

Aldo was great! He came for two reasons. Firstly, he checked out the condition of our sewer ejector and gave advice on keeping it running well. Secondly, he confirmed that our clean out did in fact run directly to the main sewer line and ran a camera to confirm and to check the condition of the interior of the pipe. We asked for an estimate to modify the clean out to a more efficient two way system, which he was happy to give us.

Aldo was extremely professional, courteous and obviously knew what he was doing. His friendly manner made it easy to discuss our needs and his suggested recommendations were helpful and not pushy.

Highly recommend Ongaro & Sons and you are extremely lucky if they send Aldo!

Working with Randy at Ongaro and Sons has been the best experience I’ve had with a repair company while being a property manager. He has been extremely thorough and on time during this process of dealing with a major bathroom leak in two of our bathrooms. Randy does a very good job of explaining in plain English what needs to be done. He has also been helpful with shifting the project around to deal with the flooring guys etc. we are still in the middle of this project but I have been so impressed I wanted to make sure I wrote this review. I highly recommend working with this company and Randy in particular.

After two years of waiting, we finally addressed several home improvements. Ongaro has always been a reliable plumbing go-to business; we were quite happy to make them our go-to again for a series of jobs! They are an amazing triple threat of services and the perfect place to make your go-to as well!

Anthony was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and very well informed about our concerns. We were interested in the possibility of adding air-conditioning to our heating system. He gave our property a thorough inspection, and e-mailed to us that night, a detailed cost and services estimate and proposal to do the work. Excellent service from a company we have relied upon for many years. Ongaro & Sons is a great company with great people.
