Ongaro has excellent health and safety procedures in place-which I found out when our furnace failed in the latest COVID surge. Anthony, the tech who came to help us, followed them all. He had a wealth of knowledge and experience and was able to replace the failed part in our furnace. He was really good at explaining how it was supposed to work and what to look for if anything further ever went wrong.

Serviceman Aldo Ruiz was most professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and thorough at explaining the pipe issue, the cause, and the methods to fix it. Mr. Ruiz did a great job repairing the pipe leak, and left the job sight clean. I highly recommend Aldo. He is top notch!
Ongaro & Sons staff were all professional, efficient, and friendly from beginning to end. They are now my go-to plumber.

Andrew and Nicholas were great! When we had Andrew come out to service our furnace we found out our it needed to be replaced. He had Nicholas come right away to give us an estimate with options. They were both clear and answered all of our questions with responses that showed us not only their knowledge, but how much they cared about our customer experience. Great guys! They even had space heaters delivered to us to keep us warm in the meantime.

I have use Ongaro twice now and both times Jason the AC technician has been extremely professional and courteous. On the first visit Jason was able to diagnose and repair a faulty AC installation right away. Great service and experienced tech’s.

I have never had a bad experience with anyone at Ongaro and Sons. From the pleasant ladies that answer the phone to the associates who come to the house. It was such a pleasure having Chris Valentine provide excellent customer service.He is very pleasant..respected my house by covering his work boots...turning off the lights. Ongaro & Sons ! Wow - what great service. I called this morning and Scott was here by 11AM. He came to fix an issue that I have had before. Scott took the time to educate me on my pump and how to maintain it. I highly recommend Ongaro & Sons and Scott is outstanding !

The technician, Ricardo, was polite, communicative, and forthright. He diagnosed my problem quickly and repaired it straightaway. In addition, he checked other components to ensure I’d have a fully-operational system when he left. From a customer-satisfaction standpoint, this appointment was excellent. I would use Ongaro again in a heartbeat and recommend them enthusiastically.

ONGARO installed an entire new heat/cool pump system with new ducting. Installation was professional, clean and extremely well done. When a problem arose with the brand new Thermostat they were prompt with their attention and solved the problem quickly and professionally. We highly recommend this local company!

Ricardo arrived at the start of our 2-4 pm window of time, as communicated to us by the head office. Like others have noted, he arrived with a smile, courtesy, and professionalism.

As I'm a tinkerer by nature, I had a lot of questions as Ricardo disassembled and serviced our furnace. He graciously answered my questions and more than an hour flew by before I even knew it.

I appreciated his diligent work and thorough explanations - so much so I asked if he could come back for next year's check up!
