Alex, Mike, and Gino did a fantastic job. They installed a combi water heater and boiler. The work is beautiful and finished ahead of schedule. And my place is warm and the water is hot. They were so nice and professional. I actually loved having them here and was sorry to see them go. 100% pros and I’m so grateful.

Very satisfied with Ongaro. They did a major furnace part replacement earlier this year and just made a follow up visit to check the heater’s performance. The company is good to stay in contact, respond promptly and have its technicians show up when promised, being professional and personable

This has been a fantastic experience from the first technician who came to try to fix our 25 year old heater, which was unfixable. We were given options of new furnaces, pros and cons, chose one, and the next day Ongaro was here installing it. Just highly professional in every way Can't recommend enough!

Very professional bid experience, Anthony was super knowledgeable, polite and respectful of my home. He obviously knew his product well and I was left with the impression that the job would be professionally and quickly done. Their bid was roughly 50% higher than my lowest bid, and 25% higher than a bid through Costco, even before I got my rebates. Too expensive, didn't use.

I have enjoyed their high quality of service for many years. Once I tried a cheaper service, and they installed the wrong parts that I later had to call Ongaro to replace. I learned that well-trained technicians are worth the slightly higher price. thank you, Ongaro, for years of excellent service.

Very good. Compared all the local companies and selected ONGARO. Slightly more expensive but had more experience and had Great references !!!
We have had the new heating and A/C and air filtration systems for 6 months and am very happy.
For those of us with asthma or respiratory problems, get the air filtration and air scrubber system you can feel and sense the cleaner air.

Jason did a really good job. He's very knowledge, engaging and courteous. He identified the problem and developed a workable solution. We appreciated that he took the time to explain everything to us as he went along. It was time well spent for us. Bob S.

We needed all new heating & a/c duct work under our house which is a super tight space and pretty difficult to navigate. Ricardo showed up on time with a smile on his face and got down to work. After several hours & no complaints, with the job completed he was as affable as when he began. I will say that this has been my experience with every Ongaro employee that has performed work for us. Great customer service which is rare these days!

My thanks to David for helping me make the right decision to install a safe new water heater system. He was informative and took his time to explain the how's and why's of the new system. I appreciate all of his time with me. Also the installation went great, Omar came to make sure they would have everything they needed and Finn did a fantastic job!
