Scott from Ongaro's came out to my tiny house to figure out why I did not have sustained hot water from my tankless water heater. I appreciated that I had a text message plus a phone call letting me know when he would be here. Although my heating unit was a brand he had never seen before, he was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem with a few minor adjustments. He had my hot water flowing normally in a short amount of time, and double checked that it was working correctly before he left. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and I would highly recommend this company for plumbing services!

So happy with the service we got! Had an emergency repair needed, which was looking like it could take a couple days (without water to the house). It turned out that James was able to do it same-day and his workmanship and explanation of the problem was great. Really appreciated his quality work

Ongaro is really great. They helped me every step of the way through a big furnace issue. And recently answered all my questions about the sewer pipe issues from house to street. I trust them implicitly. I highly recommend Andrew and Aldo both of whom have been professional, responsive, communicative and extremely helpful - going above and beyond. In fact every employee from Ongaro has been really great.

On time, professional, great knowledge and explanation of products material, and labor. The already did a fantastic job installing a new heater and duct work. Super professional and excellent work. Today was a couple of small items, flushing the hot water heater and a miner repair. Randy was a great communicator, explained what needed to be done and did the work. We are in the process of replacing an conventional tank water heater and have decided to use Ongaro & Sons based on our initial experience and recommendations of friends who have used Ongaro & Sons.

All the things I expect in a professional service provider: courteous, timely, respectful and honest. What's not to love?

Nick Nielsen came to give me estimate for adding a/c to my home and a/c and heating to cottage on same property. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and I felt comfortable with his information and advice on proper installation and maintenance. Great employee.

Aldo is a consummate professional. Super responsive, on time for the job, loves problem solving, and very flexible. Aldo came over to diagnose a backed up bathroom that another plumber in the area had unsuccessfully attempted to solve, and immediately found the cause of the issue. When he discovered it was because of another company’s work, he offered to talk that company through the issues, and cleared up the matter quickly. He’s also flexible, answering last minute questions and concerns about my water heater and actually helping me remove old pipes from the home. He is the reason why I will only call Ongaro (particularly him) foe any future plumbing job.

Arrived 10 minutes into a 2 hr time window - GREATLY appreciated! The techician was very knowledgeable, personable, and gave us options for the fix, with good information and no pressure. Worked hard to solve our blockage. Would definitely use them again, without hesitation.
