Ongaro & Sons just installed a new AC system in my house. The technicians were awesome - extremely courteous, careful, and skilled. The total install took a full day, and they took the time to go through the installation and the system specifics when they were done (location of emergency shut down, etc.) The installation came with a 10-year warranty, which I hope we will not have to use, but if we do, I feel very confident that these guys will honor the product and stand behind their work. Very pleased with the experience.

This is the second time Mark has been to our home for AC maintenance/repair. Not only is he a genuinely nice person, but an expert in his field. I have so much trust in Mark's knowledge. He is professional and explains things in a way you can understand. Mark noticed while looking at our heating unit that there was severe corrosion on our water heater. He helped me make an appointment for someone to come and look at it. Orgaro & Sons should be incredibly grateful to have Mark as an employee. He goes above and beyond. Fills my heart that there are still trustworthy and kind individuals working in this field. Thank you Mark!!!

This was my first encounter with Ongaro & Sons- this review is for the how the estimate was handled. The office staff is efficient and professional. When Scott came out to give the estimate, he first took a moment to see me as a person...not just another job. I feel confident that the work we are planning to have done will be handled with the same level of professionalism and care, and I’m glad I contacted them!

Mike came by for our 1 year check on our water heater they installed and took care of it quickly. We have been very happy with Ongaro & Sons that we recommended them to install a new water heater at my mother-in-laws house & they have a upcoming appointment with my daughter & son-in-law for a ac/heating system check.
They're on time, reliable & provide a complete estimate for the work they do. I will continue to do business with them.

I’m %100 satisfied with the service from Ongaro. Both technicians, Doug who did initial assessment and Mike who did installation, were both very professional yet friendly. They explained everything in detail yet easy to understand. Their work is thorough and i have full confidence in a job well done with attention to safety and codes as well as appearance of install showing pride in their service.

Tony & Brandon came out and did a great job doin what they came to do. My yearly A/C maintenance. They were professional, quick, to the point and informative. Explained that I do have an older unit but that it is in compliance and running w/in respectable parameters. Advised to be aware that a new unit might be in my future bit right now all good. NO HARD SELLING where it was NOT needed. Much appreciated that. Now that being said. A day after they left my A/C was NOT blowing cold. I called left a v/m and they called back the next morning. Technician Mark came out today and fixed the issue very quickly @ no charge based on the fact, that the issue was missed by previous Technicians. All good for now. Mark was GREAT & very knowledgeable in his craft.

Alex is super knowledgeable. I feel super confident when he gives his seal of approval. He came out today and made sure our new thermostat was connected and operating properly. He was very thorough in his assessment. I will continue to use Ongaro for all my boiler needs.

We had to have an entire new heating system and called several companies. Ongaro responded quickly and we had a bid within 48 hours of our call. Work began within days. A better crew of personable, knowledgable professionals we could not ask for! Their teamwork and attention to detail was exceptional. When surprises arose, as often can happen, we were informed and they were ready with solutions. Kyle and team (Richard, Cody, Chris) worked tirelessly and efficiently. They were so mannerly and respectful to us and our home. Would not hesitate to recommend this company!

Today Ricardo came over and serviced my furnace. He was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough during his visit. He worked on the furnace for about an hour and provided me with good news on the condition of the unit. Additionally, he put on his crawl suit and went into the crawl space to inspect the duct work, after which he shared his evaluation of their condition and recommendations going forward. I was very pleased with his work and very glad that I called on Ongaro & Sons. I highly recommend this company for all of your heating and AC needs. I will definitely call them again.
