A & A Professional Cooling and Heating

Alan and his team do excellent work. They installed our AC systems into our builder -installed forced-air furnaces including the exterior compressor units 10 years ago. During their most recent visit they completed a spring inspection and tune up. They discovered, diagnosed, and fixed an issue in under an hour (a loose wire). Our systems work great every cooling/pollen/smoke season.

A and A professional has been servicing my unit for over 5 years and they come highly recommended . Allen Patterson and Anthony Letteer are knowledgeable in HVAC and knew right away what was wrong with my AC/Furnace unit.

Take advantage of the yearly service they offer. With today's climate and weather uncertainties, I'm not taking any chances.

Air conditioner would work sometimes and sometimes not. I replaced the thermostat and it seemed to work but had A&A for a diagnostic. They were timely, efficient, and curious- all things I greaty appreciate. I love working with them.

The designer of our gas/heat pump hybrid furnace system Evan was extremely knowledgeable. He made sure that we were getting the properly sized units for our home and included using the best units from multiple manufacturers. Our installer John was highly skilled and insured that everything was working properly. This is a well run company. We were highly satisfied by our installation including our interactions with the company owner.

It took some time to get an appointment. I reached out twice in their website requesting a quote. I did not hear back either time. After two weeks I finally called them. First appt was cancelled and had to reschedule. They came out today and everything checked out. Tech was professional and knowledgeable. I will use them again.

A&A really helped us get our AC back up and running. It was a simple fix, and Alan was very honest, showing me the problem, and fixed the problem without overcharging us. I highly recommend A&A.

After an initial visit by this company, I responded to their request with a solid google review (replaced by this one). This was based on the behavior of the owner (Alan) who seemed knowledgeable and straight talking. At last, maybe I had found and honest and trustworthy HVAC company. I paid for a service of 3 systems and on Alan’s advice requested an offer for a steam-based humidifier installation.
The 3-line email offer was for a fixed price of $2900 with no breakdown of parts or labor. I responded with my own breakdown and asked why the cost were so high. Surprisingly, I have received no reply.
I have subsequently, directly purchased, the humidifier ($870) and have a quote for the 250v outlet ($350 plus $160 parts I bought myself). I have also been advised that it will take only an hour of labor to install the humidifier. It should therefore cost under $2000 to complete the job.
I find it very sad that many companies no longer seem to want to perform an honest job for a fair payment. Instead, it seems that the norm is to bleed us home owners dry. If I had had a response from Alan with a fair and justified offer, I would have gone with the installation and signed up for yearly maintenance. In the end their loss.

I will be using A&A Professional Cooling and Heating for all my maintenance and repairs going forward. Everyone was very nice and professional. They were able get me in right away and explained everything they were doing and what they found. So happy I called them.

Furnace did not start overnight. Called A&A first thing in the morning [they had previously (2012) installed 2 AC units on our original builder-installed (2005) furnaces. Not only did they respond the same day and communicate their arrival time, the owner (Alan) provide the repair services explaining his crews were fully booked and he recognized the importance of getting systems back up and running in January with temps .well below freezing.

Alan was fantastic to work with. He installed a home humidifier unit and serviced our furnace. Didn't take very long at and the price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend A & A Pro! Thank you!
