We had our furnace replaced by Phillip yesterday. He was very polite and was willing to answer any questions that I had. I really appreciated all the time he spent explaining all the changes to me. He went out of his way to fulfill all the expectations of the new furnace and the capabilities for our family. I hope in the future I will get to bump into him again. He was a great guy, with a great skillset, I really appreciate his hard work and his kindness. The service that I have received from A&A over the past couple of weeks has been top notch. I highly recommend using this company and their workmanship.

After using an alternate HVAC company , I am so grateful to be back with A & A Professionals. Dr Phil personifies the knowledgeable, customer service oriented image that every customer wants to work with. He accurately diagnosed the issue with my system - which he promptly repaired while upgrading the efficiency of my HVAC. Mason, who worked with him showed confidence and knowledge as well. It’s a pleasure to do business with good people.

Alan and Phil converted our home’s AC from swamp cooling to refrigerated air today (my family’s already loving it!). I was really impressed with how methodical and efficient they work. Along with their many years of experience, the quality of their service/work performed demonstrates expert knowledge of domain provided by A & A Professional Cooling and Heating. They gathered all the information needed to ensure the right service and equipment was installed for optimization of cooling my home/facility. There is no guess work in what they do. When the job was complete, with professionalism they walked me through owner operations and maintenance of the system, and answered all my questions. A & A Professional Cooling and Heating is an A+ company that I highly recommend.

A and A were supposed to come and only repair our furnace. They came and replaced our working AC unit without my permission. When I pointed out that I did not want my AC replaced, their solution was to have us pay thousands for a new AC unit because, evidently they did find something wrong with the AC unit. That may have been true, but that is not their decision to make and force me to pay an unexpected $4000 to $5000 on top of the $6000 I already paid for the furnace. Now I am with no AC. Called another company to get an estimate for a new AC unit and they insisted I get the furnace inspected. I had to call them to send out an inspector. Inspector found a few things wrong with the furnace install, so they had to come back again. They never texted to say they were coming, just showed up. Had another hvac company come out for an estimate, and and they found that A and A never did any work on the thermostat when they installed the new furnace. Now, they claim they want to make things right, but their idea of making things right is a very small discount from the new AC unit. They can't put back the old AC unit as their techs broke it when taking it out. I had working AC before they came, and now I don't. And if I want working AC, I will have to spend thousands of dollars more. Thanks A and A!

Phillip and Masson were great. They were kind, explained everything to me, respected me and my home, and worked very hard. Alan the manager is phenomenal as well. I got 4 AC quotes from different companies over a year period and did my research so as not to jump in to this. Some of the companies just had the technician walk in to my house, look around and then write me up a quote. A&A looked at my furnaces, measured my windows, measured my rooms, kept tedious notes on what direction my windows were facing and more so that they could get an accurate quote on what tonnage I needed for my AC unit. Getting the right size and having it installed correctly is critical so I appreciated their extra effort to make sure I got the size I needed. Alan's company is based on good values and integrity. They are about mid range priced which I decided was the best because you get what you pay for and there was only 1 company out of the 4 that was cheaper but they were a terrible company and you really need to trust who is in stalling your AC. Most problems with AC are because poor installation, so really A&A has good prices as well. They also sale very reliable brands and have good warranty's. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family.

We had Nate and Kyle come and install our furnace. They were very polite and did an excellent job. They both were very considerate of us during the installation. They made sure to clean up after themselves and took the time to walk through our new thermostat, changing the filter and how to shut off our furnace! Also, Evan the Sale rep. did an excellent job explaining what the different types of furnaces there were and the options of financing. It's great to have heat again! Phil and the guys were awesome! The whole crew came and got our new furnace and air conditioner installed in less than 2 days. They were personable and had great attitudes while working hard the whole time.
This is the second house and second time we have used them- will never go anywhere else!

John was very thorough with his A/C estimate and explained all the details, size, ratings, etc as well as made sure we didn’t buy a unit that was more than we needed. I was very comfortable hiring them after all the time he spent educating me. Phillip and Chris were such professional installers, kind and respectful, even got us a great deal to help us afford installing A/C, furnace and water heater all at once so that we didn’t have to deal with it later. I highly recommend the company and all three employees. Thank you guys for doing such a great job!
