A & A Professional Cooling and Heating

A&A Professional was amazing. We moved here from Florida and wanted to install an AC in our home quickly. They not only had a great price but also were able to install it a few days later. They were very professional with a great team.

Our air conditioner unit was severely damaged by a large falling branch during a late spring snow storm. We chose A&A Professional to replace the unit. Kyle and Hakeem were the two tech's that came out to replace the damaged A/C unit. A supervisor named Philip was on site for a short period. He also was very helpful and knowledgeable. Being a retired Army aviation mechanic myself I was impressed by their knowledge, professionalism, work ethic, and courtesy. The replacement unit was installed and worked perfectly. However, in their haste to leave we were left with a large oil spill and a small oil spill on our driveway. It had just started raining as I took the pictures. In the 2 pictures I posted I have already absorbed as much of the oil I could but we are left with a large and a small stain on our driveway. The more distant picture was taken from our front door. UPDATE: I was contacted by John very soon after I posted the initial review above and he told me that someone would be out as soon as possible to attempt to clean up the oil spill. Three days later on the following Monday, 17 June Philip showed up mid-afternoon to clean up the spill. By then I had already cleaned it up myself before it could soak deeper into the concrete. Fortunately it was a light oil and I was able to get 95+ percent of it up without too much effort. Philip offered me a years supply of HVAC filters for our trouble. I am updating my star rating from 4 to 5 stars and I am happy to do so. A & A Professional Cooling and Heating is an honorable company which deserves 5 stars for their Professionalism, Integrity, Honor, and the technical abilities of their technicians. We now have a "Go To" company for all of our HVAC needs.

We called Anthony to service our furnace. At some point after his visit, we noticed it was getting cold in the house and the thermostat wasn’t turning on. Anthony came back out and diagnosed a bad thermostat and showed it that it was blowing fuses.

In ten minutes, he had the fuse fixed and the thermostat replaced. He was on route to answer other calls but stopped by and took care of us without a charge. Definitely the kind of business that’ll get our money in the future.

Anthony Letteer, the A&A technician, did a great job troubleshooting the issue, detailing the repair cost, and answering my questions. I would definitely recommend their services. Further, it was refreshing to have them honor the appointment and show up on the scheduled time. Prior to arriving, I received a text message stating Anthony would be arriving and provided a little bio so we knew who to expect.

I would like to start by saying that the crew we had install our furnace was very professional and did a great job. We just had our inspection today and everything is great! Next I would like to give a big thank you to Evan Rose for getting us all set up. He was very responsive and informative when I had questions. Most importantly to me was how straightforward your company is with pricing and no hidden costs at all. Your company came in with better pricing than the competitors and stuck true to your price and I cannot tell you how much that means to me and my family, especially in the present economy. You all are wonderful and will be my recommendation to anyone that ever needs heating and cooling services and we will be using you for any of our future needs! A&A IS AN A PLUS COMPANY!!!

I highly recommend this company. We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed last May. I waited to post a review to see how our new units were doing. Last summer the air conditioner was a god send! Our electric bill was only about $25 more per month but we keep the thermostat at 68. This winter my utility bill went down by $40 per month! Phillip and his team installed the units very efficiently and they were great to work with! Excellent service Alan Thank You!

Everyone I dealt with at A&A was friendly and honest. They were extremely proficient and clean. The work was completed in less time than estimated. Evan patiently spent time surveying the layout and explaining the plan before giving a free estimate. They did not upcharge for extra unexpected work they had to do. These guys have "old school" business ethics.

A & A installed my heater in 2008. I've used them ever since for any of my heating / maintenance needs. They are as their reviews show, very awesome. From the courteousness of the receptionist at the office, to the ability to be seen so quickly, to the professionalism of the techs and installers. Today was my favorite interaction with them. Johnny was just so awesome, from his knowledge, to his skillset, to his friendliness and professionalism, to his teaching me (the homeowner) little tricks of the trade in what he was doing. I woke up this December morning at 7am with the heater not working, and it is now 9:45am, and our heat is back up and running...
