The hits just keep on coming. Been using a different HVAC company since the issues previously identified in my past review.

Had another issue come up this week, and had to bring the new company out. Come to find out that the original high efficiency furnace we paid for in 2016 was never installed correctly, and it’s been running as a single stage furnace the entire time we’ve had it. The installer also never hooked up the humidifier to the thermostat. The installers of the furnace were called a few bad names by the individuals out today to fix our issues.

Thanks again for adding to our horrible experience! Another $1000 out of our pocket to fix the issue.

A & A Professional Cooling & Heating is great company. Alan the Owner is my old Pastor and one who officiated my wedding to my beautiful wife Kaitlyn. Alan has built a great company, my journey with the company began 2 years ago when my wife and I bought our house in January. Evan came out did our estimate, but at the time we just couldn't afford it with first child coming in May. last week we called the office last week, Evan came back out to do another estimate and then just 4 days later Kyle and Haikem came and did the install. They were very nice and professional, easy to work with and talk to. Now my wife and our two Daughters are ready to face the upcoming summer, this year with the comfort of a/c thanks to the team work at A & A Professional Cooling & Heating!

Thank God our furnace stopped working. We have a carbon monoxide leak. A very bad one. The owner is getting a new furnace for us today. He always does a safety check before he leaves the home and thank God he did. God’s miracles never stop happening. Thank you A&A for saving our lives!

A&A were very professional on our new AC and Furnace installation. They provided high quality equipment at a reasonable cost. I purchased the yearly service plan also at a reasonable cost.

I had my new heating and air conditioning system from A&A Professional H&C A few years ago. They have been an excellent company and have been responsive, professional, reasonably priced, kind and attentive-on a scale on 1-10 I would give them a 10.

Either they are incompetent, lie to customers, or a combination of both. We have been part of the service members for almost 3 years, paying $20 every month. Part of their service club membership is for yearly tune-ups and cleanings, which they advertise as, "our professional technicians will do an extensive tune-up and cleaning of your system to guarantee its performance for that year."

On October 4, we had a technician come out for the cleaning. Said it was cleaned and good to go. On November 12, the heater stopped working. Because they are not open on weekends, had to go an entire weekend with two sick children without any heat. On Monday, November 14, a technician was able to come out, and in less than 15 minutes had the heater up and running. The problem, a flame sensor was dirty causing the heater not to function correctly. Brought to the attention of the technician the furnace was cleaned a month ago, and he laughed and said there was no way it had been cleaned a month ago.

I contact the business to express my concerns and am told that, although they advertise "Extensive tune-up and cleaning," a cleaning of the flame sensor is not included in that, as it is too much work, even though the responding technician in November had it diagnosed and cleaned in under 15 minutes.

I ask for a manger to contact me, and here I am just short of two weeks later and still have not had anybody contact me. Also in that phone call told the employee to cancel the service membership, as we were not getting the service advertised. Of course, on November 20, a week after we cancelled the membership, we are charged again.

So is it incompetence, false advertising, or what?

The technician that showed up at my house was very professional on time and very courteous. He performed the service on my AC unit and it was up and running in no time I would use A&A professional heating for all my needs, air conditioning and furnace.

Alan was very professional and informative. He diagnosed the problem and took care of it quickly. Highly recommend!
