Just want to mention, that Johnny came out today to conduct our annual heating maintenance, the service he provided was excellent, he explained everything which he believes would benefit our heating system along with explaining what may need to be replaced next year possibly. He was very polite and it was a pleasure to have such a experienced technician come out and service our system.
A big thank you for A&A for always making sure we are taken care off. It’s a pleasure to do conduct business with a very professional company such as yourselves.

Technicians Phillip and Ana of A&A Pro just left our house after completing a Humidifier installation. Had a super positive experience! The previous owners of our house bought a humidifier, but never installed it--- so we had this brand new, still in the box Honeywell product. I called and they explained my options, got me on the schedule a week from that point. Phillip and Ana showed up within the window I was given, and respectfully stood a few feet from the door when I answered, with masks ready to go (this means a lot to me during COVID. I'm grateful for their professionalism and decency!) They were quick and efficient, and answered the myriad questions I had patiently--- I've never had a humidifier before and didn't want to use it incorrectly. I highly recommend this company for their thoughtfulness, honesty (getting me the best price and option for our situation), and quality work. I will definitely call A&A for all our future heating and cooling needs!

John gave us an estimate and then matched the estimate of another company. He was very thorough and even suggested that we install a gas range to avoid a panel upgrade, which we did! On the day of install, Kyle called to let us know that they were on the way and Kyle and Hakeem started the job. They were very professional and personable. They were eventually joined by Chris, Nate, and Steve. It was obvious that they all enjoy their jobs and have a close working relationship. The install day was fun day with these guys! The system is working perfectly and the job was completed with regard to aesthetics and efficiency. I highly recommend this company and especially the people mentioned. Great experience!

Johnny came out today and serviced my furnace. He was very professional and pleasant! He took his time and explained what he was doing and gave me a recommendation. His customer service skills and knowledge are exceptional! I will definitely continue to use A&A and thank you Johnny!

We had waited several years before deciding to install an air conditioning unit for our whole house. We decide to go with A&A professional because of the way they treated us from the very beginning. We were treated with respect and extreme professionalism. The install team ( Justin and Casey) treated my home as if it was theirs. They let me know what was going on through out the install, went over everything when they were finished. I even joked that I wished they took care of other things around the house because of how good they were. ( sprinkler systems etc..) I would highly recommend this company for your heating and air conditioning needs.

Phil came out and determined I needed a new hot water heater. Steve and Johnny arrived promptly the next morning and installed the heaters. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and fun to work with. I feel got great service at a great price. I always use A & A and will continue to do so!

We recently purchased an older home in Colorado Springs. The recent heat wave prompted us to find an AC contractor. The home had a new furnace recently installed by A&A. We decided to check their reviews and contact them for an estimate. John Martinez met with us for the free estimate. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. We were able to get the new AC installed quickly. Phillip and the guys worked efficiently during the installation. They were very focused on providing great customer service. We would highly recommend A&A Professional Cooling and Heating.

I can't say enough about how wonderful these guys are!! I have been with A&A for almost two years now. It started with a simple seasonal inspection and cleaning and from there I have replaced my furnace (a couple more seasonal cleanings) and intend to replace my A/C unit with them as well. Anthony has been simply amazing (the best) the couple of times that we have had a problem. They are fast, professional and knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend A&A for all your Heating and cooling needs!!

I'd like to say what a great company!! I needed to replace my AC unit from hail damage & had 3 different companies give me a quote, but didn't feel confident using them. So glad I searched on for another company & went with A & A. Evan came out to give me a quote, what a wonderful person to work with, he took time to explain what would work best & make me confident w/the unit I chose!!! Johnny came to install this morn and was done ahead of time along w/cleaning up after himself. It's
nice to know we still have great honest companies here for us.
