Johnny & Derrick came to install the A/C unit in my home today and it was an honor to have these two gentlemen in my home. They were extremely professional yet personable. They got my A/C unit up and running and ensured that it was running properly. They kept the atmosphere fun and professional which made it enjoyable for me to see what they were doing and interact with them from time to time. You could tell that they are passionate about what they do. They were extremely patient because I had plenty of questions after the installation was complete. I can ensure you that I will be doing business with them again! They were a pleasure to work with. Good people, good work, and good conversations.

Kyle & Steve and the crew from A & A Professional did a great job installing our air conditioning unit in the older home we just moved into. The furnace though new, provided a challenge for the coil but they solved that problem readily and seemed to make a difficult job easy, on-time, and on-budget. We would not hesitate to recommend them!

We had been referred to A&A through another homeowner who had exceptional service and they certainly did not disappoint! From start to finish each employee we had contact with were polite, cleanly, informative and professional! Derrick, Casey, and Marc were really great and very polite. The team let us know exactly what was going on and what the next steps were the entire time. We are very happy with how quickly they were able to get our furnace and water heater replaced. Honestly, this was probably the easiest home improvement work I've ever had done.

We got five estimates for a furnace before choosing A&A Professional. Evan, their sales guy, did the most thorough evaluation of our heating needs of any company, measuring square footage and total window area. The price was the lowest among the five estimates and A&A carries Trane, one of the best furnace companies in the business. They were able to install our furnace just a few business days after we selected A&A. The installation crew (Phillip and Johnnie) were friendly, competent, helpful and professional. They put down tarps between the entry door and our furnace and did a great job cleaning up and explaining how to run the furnace and prepare for our inspection. I would recommend A&A to anyone looking for a furnace.

The HVAC technician was really helpful, honest and knowledgeable. He took the time to make sure I understood what was going on with our air conditioner and furnace. He also explained ways to help maintain our systems over the long run. Great value for the price of service. We will definitely be using this company again. Very impressed.
