A & A Professional Cooling and Heating

I was having a some issues that Alan was able to figure out. Very kind & professional. He took his time & didn't rush & was able to figure out the problem & was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. Very affordable & great customer service. I definitely recommend.

Phillip helped me and he was amazing. Very knowledgeable and gave me lots of answers to various questions I had throughout his time in my home. He didn’t mind that I sat and watched him do the repair and talked his ear off. He was very courteous and helpful and I will continue to use this company and will likely request him specifically as the service tech! They fit me in same day when my AC wasn’t working and I’m very grateful for the quick work and response time.

We love A&A and recommend them frequently for full systems, repairs, and maintenance! They are honest, professional, and a pleasure to work with!

Excellent Experience From Start to Finish! Everyone from A&A were great in replacing in a 50 year old cast iron boiler with a new Noble Lochinvar Combi System. John was great in helping determine the right system for our needs and Phillip was always up front with what they were doing and any timeline changes. It took a few days longer than expected, but the finished install was more than worth it. Highly Recommended!

The guys were super professional. Always knocked before coming in, they put down plastic tarps on your carpets in the stairs and basement. They also got a check up from their supervisor and they cleaned up after themselves very well.

Awesome job from the day I bought from them. Recently had Phillip come by and troubleshoot an issue, this was my first time using my A/C since buying it in Oct. Phillip was on time, professional and just an overall cool guy. If you use A&A and get him, you know you are in good hands!

Updated Review- I've used A&A over the past three years for my A/C and furnace maintenance. I had Alan Patterson come out today, and he was nothing but professional. This place has taken care of me, but the level of professionalism I've encountered is amazing!

This is a 5 STAR company from our first contact with Evan, he knows his stuff, to their A+ rated installers who just finished up. I shopped this purchase with 5 other companies and just about cancelled the appointment with A&A Professional, I am so glad I didn't. We knew we were undersized on both the furnace and air conditioner and Evan was the only one to take the time and do heat and cooling calculations to see what we really needed to meet our needs.
I will recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs.

Update. Boiler A&A installed was still not working at begining of 2022/2023 heating season. Found the problem 3+ years after install (after thousands of dollars and close to a dozen techs). The vent to my combi boiler they installed was not installed correctly. Had exhaust gases coming back into the boiler and into the house. Causing bad gas/air mixture so boiler would not fire. And very dangerous for my health and the safety of my home!
Sore throat, cough and breathing issues have been eliminated.....Be careful who you hire! ...Had A&A out to service an old boiler that was not working. They could not figure out why, it was very old, and I hired them to replace it. Had issues with the install and new system from the start. Got it working after a few months. 2 years later called for annual maintenance. They came out for 15 minutes. Did not clean anything. I know this because it has been locking out since the day after they came 4 months ago and other techs have had to trouble shoot and clean things that should have been done on the maintenance call. They claim to no longer service my area and were very quick to state that my installation warranty was up, without me asking, they did thier research on that in advance of my call. I have a very loyal and hard working tech trying very hard to get me hot water as of now. But I haven't had a hot shower in 2 weeks. A&A doesn't care about you. Find someone who does.

Kyle, Jonny and Phil installed my new AC today. They were very professional and had a great sense of humor. They worked very efficiently with their time..... not too fast not too slow. I felt very comfortable that they were doing everything just right. My unit runs beautifully and I'm so excited to be able to have a cool house with windows closed to help with my allergies.
