Called for a second opinion after my regular longstanding ac service company inspected it and told me my 12 year old system had a leak and I should get a new one. System was not blowing cold. Sent me a $$$$ proposal that night. Called Presidential and they sent Thomas the next day. He was thorough, cordial and professional. Explained each step. Determined there was no leak. Traced the problem to a faulty thermostat. Replaced it with one Pepco had sent me and just charged for labor to do that. Total cost for the entire service call was about $200. AC is now working great. Thomas saved me thousands. Highly recommend!

Had an HVAC issue late one night, had a tech out by lunch time the next morning with the issue resolved. Price for diagnostic, parts, and labor was told upfront. Service was professional. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

PH&AC was very quick to come out and help us. Rinard (our tech) was very professional, courteous, and got us repaired in good time. We really appreciated the visit, and signed up for their annual service based on this experience.

We have used Presidential for years at two different homes and have a maintenance contract with them. They have previously done major work for us, including installing the system in our current home. Our most recent service involved repair to our HVAC system. The work was done well and was completed in the time they estimated would be required. The workman was friendly and skilled. We were not as pleased with the time it took to get the work scheduled. The problem was first noted in the fall, but it was not suggested to us that we needed to be concerned about it until the spring. We had extremely high heating bills all winter, but we never thought to call Presidential -- that's on us. When they came to do our spring service, the workman noted that there was clearly a problem that needed to be addressed. From then until the completion of the repair, almost a full month passed as the company was slow to schedule the testing to identify the location of the problem, and again to schedule the repair. We were disappointed with this aspect of the current issue, but we are sticking with Presidential anyway based on our past experience with them.

The Technician, Rinard Jackson was excellent. Professional, polite, very careful with his work. Excellent overall experience! Highly recommend!

Rinard was awesome and did the job right! My 1st time using Presidential but I am purchasing the service contract so they will be my go-to company. Very happy and I would recomend them to anyone!

Rinard the technician did a great job on the annual maintenance of our AC system. He communicates really well and has a very pleasant demeanor which are great qualities to have when interacting with a customer.

The Presidential team expertly installed a new HVAC/heat pump at our house. Arrived on time, finished the job on time, and cleaned up all the mess! The install crew was very polite and helpful.
