Our furnace failed after a very cold stretch in December. Presidential team members were response, professional, and courteous throughout the process of assessing our furnace, providing an estimate for replacement, and installing the replacement. Glenn H was very thorough in presenting us with replacement options, and helped us determine the best option for our home and family (not the most expensive). He also visited during installation to ensure everything went well. Jason and Marvin installed our furnace and they were both skilled and professional, ensuring that we knew how to operate our new thermostat before they left.

Jason and Marlon were both very professional. They answered questions, made sure I inspected what was done and cleaned up nicely. Glenn came by to ensure the lads had what they needed and verified what was to be done.
Leslie was great at communicating schedules.
All in all a great experience.
