Our Furnace decided to let us down in the middle of February while the temperature were frigid.
The part that needed to be replace was at least8 weeks on back order if not more. So I decided to replace the entire furnace an amazing which was approaching its end of life anyway, plus I have a little one at home and I am a brain cancer patient on an experimental deice which doesn't work well in cold temps. what company!!!...fantastic experience all the way around from Glenn Hoffacker (comfort consultant) who come to our place to assess what will be needed. He was an amazing, clearly very experienced gentleman. I am so glad they send him. He worked with me on pricing. Their prices are very competitive. Ask for him if you are able. work schedule for next day. Dave and Jason were here and get us up and running in few hours. They were amazing. They rolled out a carpet from the front door all the way to the furnace cabinet. They did a great job and left the place spotless.
Their support service (Lesley , Gina) were very helpful as well. Thank you a thousand time.

My gas furnace was not working normally and I figured I'd get my heat pump looked at as well in one appointment. I previously had a home warranty that was included in our home purchase and the warranty company offered a "tune-up" service that I used a few times. I'll just say that this "tune-up" was nowhere near as comprehensive as the maintenance that Juan Albisu provided. He got my gas furnace working normal again and looked over my heat pump. Overall, I am very happy. As an added note, Juan was quite personable and clearly knowledgeable. I'll likely request Juan for any future service needs.

I had a very old boiler that runs well, but I needed it to be checked out by a technician that knows old systems and how to bleed radiators, if necessary. I found Presidential off internet reviews. Technician Travis is a first class professional, knowledgeable, polite and thorough. I am very grateful for his expertise and extreme helpfulness. Thanks, Travis and Presidential for an excellent boiler inspection and great price. I recommend without reservation to all.

It took them six weeks to schedule yearly A/C system maintenance and when they Technicians finally showed up, they didn’t had the replacement filter , they just took the dirty filter out and left it there , , I end it up to do it by myself. It was an awful experience, not recommended.

This was my first experience using Presidential Heating and Air.
I will only use them should the need ever come up again!
Gina answered the phone and set up my appointment, and then called back to say they could come earlier! She is so nice! And the technician, Tommy, oh my goodness what a great guy and quite comical! And my dog absolutely adored him, so what more can I say!
He figured out the problem within seconds, and had us up and running within the hour. Honestly, I was so freaked out this morning when I had no heat but he took all the stress out of the situation. Please consider using this company!!!

Very thorough and professional. Took their time to test and check all heating component and make the necessary adjustments. Identified a potential problem in one component of the system and made arrangements to have it repaired ( covered under my service agrrement) before it could become a more serious problem or fail entirely. I have received this type of professional, quality service from Presidential since they installed our new HVAC system in 2019

The technician was very professional and prompt. Installed the replacement part quickly, conducted a thorough inspection afterwards, identified a couple of tweaks to help the system last longer, and was very informative along the way.

Tommy is our service person and he is terrific. And caring and makes us feel confident that all cared for.

The service representative worked very hard to find the least expensive way of fixing a leak in the cooling system. He could have replaced a very pricey part, but instead concluded that a repair was possible at a saving of about $700.
