A professional tech showed up on-time and did an expert look through the system, diagnosed issues, took time to patiently explain everything to me, proposed two avenues to address the issues and left without charging me anything extra over what I have paid for the previous visit. While I am looking at a significant and not very anticipated expense, the company gives me confidence that they will do the work well at a fair price.
