Chose Presidential to replace gas furnace and underperforming air conditioner with a new heat pump to further reduce my carbon footprint. Everything about my experience with them, including the installation team, was excellent.

The technician, Michael, arrived an time and was very courteous and professional and answered all my questions. AFAICT he did a very thorough job.

Always the best. They have replaced units, cleaned units and repaired units. I have never worked with a company that was so professional. They have been our exclusive Heating and A/C company for 5 years now in our commercial building. Simply the best!

I've been with Presidential since they replaced my 21 year old HVAC in 2016. They had the most competitive estimate with the best equipment. Since then I've been on their maintenance plan, which is a very good value. While I've pretty much only used it for the biannual maintenance, there have been 1 or 2 issues that have come up with the system. They sent a tech out the same day and when a part was needed, they sent the same tech back out to repair it, keeping the experience the same.

All in all, they're a great HVAC company and I'm very happy with the services I've received from them over the years. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace an aging system or needing maintenance on an existing one.

Presidential installed an Infinity thermostat. The technician was knowledgeable and provided advice about the settings and also good other information about my HVAC system

I have contracted Presidential for several jobs after having also worked with a couple of their competitors and can say they are clear-cut above the rest in regards to their quality of work, punctuality, professionalism and communication.

We had our winter system check today and received an email mail when our technician was on his way, which was on time. Simon was great and has serviced our system a few times before so it was great to have the same experienced person. Simon was thorough and explained what he was doing as he did it. Reports are all done electronically. We have also had an emergency in the past and they were great with a quick response and repair.

Update 6/2023 - Presidential continues to be a good team to work with. They continue to provide great service at a good value.

Presidential is a pleasure to work with. The office staff is pleasant and helpful. They make every effort to accommodate your scheduling needs. They are very clear about costs and what is covered. The technicians are knowledgeable and willing to go into as much detail as you like explaining the problem and options for addressing. I will continue to use their services as highly recommend.
