Our heat pump compressor decided to quit on us and our system went on auxiliary backup heat. I called Presidential due to the number of high positive reviews on Google. They were able to come out the next day and diagnose the problem. Unfortunately the heat pump needed to be replaced so I decided to purchase a new heat pump and furnace/blower. The sales representative from Presidential was very helpful and offered options in every price range. I purchased a system on a Friday and Monday it was installed The installers showed up on time and were very professional. The new unit is working great! I would highly recommend using Presidential!

I was notified by text when the tech was on his way, which included a map that tracked his travel to my home. The tech was respectful, putting on mask and paper shoe covers. After a brief inspection, he quickly resolved the issue that was causing a banging noise in the fan, explaining what he did. After completing the maintenance portion of the visit, and BEFORE installing, he asked whether I wanted to get a replacement filter and humidifier pad (no on the filter and yes on the pad). He showed me how to replace the pad and how to properly use the metal electrostatic filter I have, which will save me money going forward. The service was prompt, scheduling a breeze and the price very fair. Would recommend!

Presidential never disappoints!!! Everyone you encounter through this company is pleasant and professional. We had a new tech this trip. His name was George and he was outstanding. I am going to always request him. He was professional and funny. We enjoyed his visit with us to service the system. I am super happy that we went with Presidential for our services.

I recently had a HVAC system installed and I’m very glad I choose Presidential HVAC, Inc. For the first time in 29 years I’ve been able to cool my top floor during these 90+ degree days and I couldn’t be more pleased. My HVAC died at the beginning of the summer. Presidential put in the order for a new one and because of supply chain delays, it was back ordered until late August. Presidential kindly loaned me two AC window units at no charge to get me through the summer. I was super grateful for that. I also found Jason and his install team to be exceptional. Presidential was responsive to my HVAC needs and stands by their work. I will continue to use them for ongoing maintenance.

In high 90's weather my AC failed on a Saturday. I called and left a message and received a message back on Monday morning. They fit me in during a very busy day and fixed it. I've been a very satisfied customer for 24 years.

Had heat pump replaced, crew showed up and promptly got to work. Extreme care was taken during the removal of old system/ installation to protect everything. After the work was done, each technician showed me the work they had done, asked/answered any questions and showed me details of operation. The work was done in 4 hours and the new unit is working perfectly.

We had a 21 year old heat pump that died and so we decided to go new with a more efficient unit. Presidential made the whole process simple. They provided a number of options and related costs and took their time answering questions about them. After selecting, they put us on the schedule within a week, showed up on time with a good crew, completed the installation quickly and answered all the questions I had. I don't know how it could have been more straightforward and easy.

There was a leak in my HVAC. I was able to call for an emergency service at about 8pm. About 30min later the service technician, Juan arrived to address the problem. He was very friendly and professional as he looked for the cause of the leak. He was able to find there was a clogged pipe and he was able to repair it. So thankful for his insight and prompt response!
