Technician appears to have identified that there is a Freon leak but could not find it. Follow up appointment would be in 3-4 weeks. He then suggested we could get a new unit. The problem was not addressed and the attempt to upsell was blatant.

We had a technician from another company come in when our heat wasn't working and we were told that we needed to rewire the units. We got a second opinion from Presidential Heating & Air and it turned out that wasn't the case and they fixed it in an hour! We're very happy with their service.

Presidential does it’s best to treat their customer as if they were the President- or at least someone respected and cared about. Over the past 10 years we have learned to rely on them for excellent work, good advice and good value. This would be a five star review but for some unexpected delay in installing a new AC system for part of our house. The delay was surely a supply-chain issue which might have been foreseeable, but even at that, they furnished an “emergency” window unit without cost which worked reasonably well. We highly recommend

They came on short notice on a freezing cold Sunday. The technician was courteous, prompt, and knew exactly what he was doing. Couldn't have been better dealing with a real emergency.

HVAC system went "offline" about 1:00 AM. Called Presidential on the recommendation of my regular HVAC service person who is ill. They promptly sent a technician quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.

It was great, as always. I got a text when the technician was on his way. He did a wonderful job getting my A/C cleaned and maintained for the summer cooling season. I love having a service contract with Presidential!

This company was the highest of 3 estimates to repair my furnace and the higher of two estimates to replace it. The second estimate was almost 25% less for repair and 20% less for replacement. The third estimate was about 40% less for repair. I chose to fix the furnace and didn't get a replacement estimate from the third contractor.

We have been pleased with all the work that Presidential has done for the church and would recommend them highly.

I had a new heat pump installed. The service was excellent.
After your installation I received a comment from an electrician putting in a new breaker for my new ovens. He mentioned that the breaker your electrician (for my heat pump) was meticulously installed . He said he rarely sees such a professional job.
