All went well at Eagle Tavern.
At Moss Creek we requested tech to check air filter for cleanliness. He said he did however I checked because he didn't set up ladder to access it. He said it was clean. It wasn't. I have pictures to show was filthy. I'll be glad to send them to you.

Gabriel, the HVAC technician, came out to service our system as part of the annual maintenance plan. He was friendly and informative and got the job completed quickly.

Our water heater sprung a leak at 6p on a Friday evening, of course. Progressive had someone out within a couple hours. Our technician Marcus provided us with multiple options and did an amazing repair staying past 11p to complete the job. Very glad we found this company.

I first made contact with Monica in customer service who was very friendly, professional and very easy to talk to. There had been a scheduling change and she was easily able to accommodate me. Steve came for the install of our faucet and he was very pleasant and professional, he gave us the quote of what the job would cost, we told him to go ahead and do the work. He was very quick with the install. I would definitely use Progressive again. Thank you

Chris Distel came out to our home to give us a quote on installing a new heating and air unit. Chris was great, he was courteous and knowledgeable of his product. Especially appreciate the fact that he placed disposable booties over his shoes, without even being asked, before he entered our house. He explained how our system works and what options we had for replacement if we decided to go that way. Chris said he would have a quote for us on a couple of different units by the end of day and we have no doubt he will follow through on this .

Tom S. came out and talked with me about a new heat pump system after my 15yr old original unit started having issues. He got right back to me and answered my questions on a new energy efficient unit and gave me a great price on everything I wanted in a new system. The install guys Brandon and Juan were able to get to my home the next day and do the entire install. They were on time, got right to work, did everything on the work order, the work looks great under the house and outside, they cleaned everything up and showed me how the thermostat operates. Glad to have the new unit in and cool air blowing again. Thanks Progressive Heating and AC and the staff Tom, Brandon, and Juan. Will be using your company for many years and recommend them to everyone.

Had Progressive install a complete HVAC system for my upstair less then a year and a half ago. Last week, the morning of the snow/ice storm my unit quit working. Once roads were clear a tech came right out. Within minutes it was determined the thermostat installed had went out and it was a common issue with that model thermostat. It was replaced under warranty but I was still left with a $95 bill for them coming out. Should I be stuck with a $95 bill for a faulty thermostat they put installed? I didn’t ask for the thermostat that would die with in a year in a half? I am conflicted how I feel about the situation. All in all the tech was awesome and the lady who scheduled the tech was awesome. 5 star for customer service every time I deal with Progressive.

Our tenant had no heat, and oven did not work on a very cold Sunday. Brian came and fixed everything at our urgent request. He is very professional and clearly explained the problems to us afterwards. We appreciate his quick service.

Aaron was very knowledgeable and efficient. I ran into some issues on my routine installations of new appliances in my kitchen. He was able to come up with good solutions on the best ways to move forward and gave me solid options.
