Tevin was very professional. He got here when he said he would and did a wonderful job. He took the time to make sure everything was connected correctly and cleaned up after his self. I would hire him for any plumbing job that I needed. Progressive you made a good choice hiring tevin, he's a keeper.😊

Progressive has done a lot of work at my townhome- over $9K in all in the last 6 months. They cleared
Out my sewer line ( over $1K) in September and charged my debit card. I received an online invoice with a zero balance.
Imagine my surprise when a month later I was debited $1K again for the same service, without any notification! Apparently the technician put my credit card in wrong by one number and it took them a month to figure it out.
Because this was taken out of my debit account without notice, I bounced several checks and had other issues with my debit account. I called Progressive and did not even receive an apology. I was told that management would call me, but they never did.
Buyer beware! If you use them do not allow them to put your credit card “on file.”

Very fast response time for service calls, friendly schedulers/representatives, effective service. Service isn't inexpensive, but it is thorough and knowledgeable. Cedrick is the best!!!

James and his team were fantastic. They sent someone out immediately to assess a damaged sewer line. If you have a large project this is the company you should call. He was professional and upfront about every part of the process. They even made sure to fix my gravel driveway where they had to dig.

Can't say enough great things about the crew and you there should be no hesitation on booking them when you get James as your lead.

Replaced leak under kitchen sink. We were notified when the tech was
on his way with his name and picture. Service was completed professionally and within the time specified.

Michael was hired out by Home Depot to uninstall our toilets for new floors and reinstall after floors were put down. He was very professional, wore a mask, was efficient and cleaned up throughly. Would definitely hire him if we ever have plumbing trouble in the future.

Xavier was professional and thoughtful on a complicated job that require interacting with several family members. He definitely went the extra mile.

These guys came out to repair my HVAC but were not able to due to it being 18 yrs old. They gave me a quick quote and were able to do the install the next day AND only took a day to do the install! So far I'm impressed!

They got 2 stars just for communication or it would be lower..ac gentlemen was older and wasn't trying to fix anything and he made sure to tell everyone he was about to retire ..also using words like "condem" to residents in the apartment industry doesn't sit well..ac was froze he just left and didnt even put the disconnect back in..simply told resident it just needed to thaw out and it would be fine..plumber came to jet a clean out with a Jeter that was to short and left a mess

The service was done quickly and thoroughly.
Justin, the service tech, always gives us A-1 installations. He has done work here 3 times now..each time was top notch. Thank you Justin.
