Progressive Service Company

We had to find a plumber ASAP and Progressive stepped up. They sent out Tim who was awesome. He was prompt, extremely courteous, and explained everything every step of the way. The job ended up being much more complicated than previously anticipated but he never got annoyed and was patient with my questions. Very pleased with his work and will be requesting him for our future plumbing needs! Thanks Progressive for coming through!

John was professional and ran several diagnostics on our water heater. He approached the service call professionally and treated it like his own house. Have used Progressive several times all with positive results!

Dylan was excellent! He called ahead to check if he could come earlier than scheduled. That was helpful. He quickly located the problem and it was repaired within a short period of time. We thought the cost was reasonable. He will now be our plumber of choice!

Lowe's contracted with Progressive to install our new dishwasher. When Progressive arrived with the dishwasher, they informed me that there was another part that we would need to buy before they could install it. We immediately ran to Lowe's to get the part and called Progressive back to finish the installation, but they indicated that they were no longer available and that we would have to schedule for a time 6 days later. On the day 6 days later, I received a call asking to reschedule another 6 days later again. I called Lowe's and asked for a different installation company, and we were able to schedule for the very next day. I will not be using Progressive for any of my services.

This was a horrible experience. A $10k estimate that materialized from a Spring check up. The technician wanted to disconnect my heat but was unable to point out to me why. He said that my freon was low but the outside temperature needed to be higher to take a proper reading. So I ask why are you here if you can’t do the job. I also never got an answer to the question as to why are inspecting heat components in March if that inspection is take place in the Fall. And you’re charging me for it now. An absolutely horrible experience. I felt that I was being taken!!

James arrived right on time. I had a sink hole and need advice about what was causing it and what to do. James located the old septic tank that was drained filled improperly snd gave me advice about what I could do which made me feel better and saved money. I will call This company again when I need help.

Everyone involved was responsive, informative, professional and incredibly hard-working. James and Kevin ran into some difficult terrain, with tree roots obstructing major portions of our sewer line, but put in several nighttime hours in addition to an already long day to make sure we were up and running. I can't say you couldn't tell they were there but, considering the massive amount of dirt they had to excavate, they even levelled everything back out exceptionally well.

Chad arrived on time and explained his plan of action clearly. He wasted no time to go to the store to buy what was needed, and worked consistently until everything was done. He was courteous and answered my questions. Then he cleaned after himself, and finally he emailed the invoice to me. Thanks for your efficiency.

Ryan was fantastic! He was quick and informative. As new home owners we weren't aware of proper septic maintenance and he was very knowledgeable. We will use them yearly and highly recommend!
