I called Progressive to replace a gasket in the line of our solar floor installation and then troubleshoot, if needed. Richard was on time, knowledgeable, professional and efficient -- problem handled in about an hour. Nicely done, Progressive.

Water main gate valve broke and could not turn the water back on after a 10 day vacation. Called Progressive and they fit me in their schedule next day. James was great, clean workmanship and very efficient. Replaced the valve with a ball valve and connecting joints. Works great, should have been done this was from the beginning. I arranged a dishwasher installation through Progressive. They handle Home Depot installations where the installation involves more than just hooking up a hose and a wire. In my case the builder of my home used cheap materials without a cutoff for the washer and I had a angled counter. Bradley called ahead and then arrived on time. He obviously knew what was required and identified there would be an additional charge that he clearly explained. It was just for parts. He completed the work making the connections much more professionally and insured I was satisfied with the results. Great job and I will be telling Home Depot the same.

I just had a regular maintenance on a pair of new HVAC installed by Progressive Service Company. They checked the airflow and cold air register temperature that seems to be OK. It seems the technician was a bit in hurry. In general, he was OK.

John called before arriving and discussed my plumbing problem with me in advance of beginning the assessment. He arrived on time and reviewed the options with me. He gave me a quote for the various options and completed the work within the estimated time frame. John was friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. The work performed exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend John and Progressive.
