Hey these guys give 5 Star service anytime. They are very dependable and fast service. I have never called them and had a bad experience. Always whoever comes for service they are willing to go the extra mile and with a smile. Let me also remind you they do more then just plumbing they are excellent when it comes to Hearing And Air. So do yourself a favor give them a call for any of your service needs they are fast friendly and provide the highest level of service with customer care being the top priority. As long as they are around I refuse to let anyone else touch my HVAC unit here in my home.

Terrific installer. Sink was damaged so needed to be returned to homedepot. He boxed it back up and put in my car for me. Hopefully they will send him back tomorrow after I replace sink

Patrick was extremely helpful and responsive. Our hvac unit stopped working. They were there within a few hours and made sure everything was working before he left. Great service. Definitely recommend using this company and technician

Noah and Tyler installed a propane conversion kit on our new gas dryer. They were knowledgable and efficient. This job had it's challenges. Noah is a great problem solver.

Had a leak in water line to in-house-filter. After calling three companies, with an estimated 6 day wait, I tried Progressive.
They had availability and also put me on next available tech. Fixed that day with updated filter system. Well done.

Enos ( very good as he diagnosed and fixed the issue I had)came out to repair a leak that was caused one of your other plumbing technicians Frank who installed our toilet and failed to use the proper wax ring resulting in a small leak in our bathroom which has resulted in the entire flooring in bathroom and part of master bedroom flooring needing to be replaced along with bathroom vanity still not long I will be without a bathroom but I am sure Progressive will cover all costs to fix Frank's mistake
I am giving you 3 stars only because of Enos' excellent professional service and as repairs have yet to be completed I will reserve my recommendations to anyone else

Jimmie was really great. Very professional and communicative - easy to talk to & get along with. He really took the time to listen to the issues and the possible sources of said issues. As a result, it looks like he has some well thought-out solutions. Just waiting to hear back with the official work proposal & quote. Rare to come across a contractor like Jimmie.
